Chapter 7

Everything Changes

Hunter's POV

It was unlike anything I have ever experienced in my entire life. Our lips moved in perfect sync and I never wanted this moment to end. Brooke is unlike any girl I have ever known. She is to important to me and I never would let anything happen to her. We may have just met only yesterday but it feels like years, like that one friend that you have always had since the first grade. When we pull apart we don't say a word for a while we just stay in each other's arms and soak in the moment as if it was our last. Brooke is the first to move between us and goes to sit in the car, following her lead I do the same.

Brooke sighs "Now how about that lunch and decoration shopping up promised?" I smile and then I turn on the car and we drive off.

We decide to stop and grab some subs at subway and then take Brooke to the shop where I bought all of my decorations for my studio at. When we get done we end up buying a lot of hanging lights and some letter ones that spells out Brooke's name. Then we also get some throw pillows for the lounge and some paintings to add color. With all of that done we go back to my place and hang out for the rest of the evening.

Brooke's POV

Today didn't turn out to be so bad after all. Hunter and I had a great time, we went out for lunch and shopped some. With in all of that we kissed! I never knew that someone could like me enough to kiss me. When Ryan and I were together we never really kissed, maybe every now and then. I feel like everything will change now because of the kiss. Will Hunter and I become a item or was it just a one time thing. It didn't feel like it though. He was so passionate during the kiss and it felt like he really meant it. All the questions I have but no one to answer them without it being weird. When we get back to Hunters house I decide to go mess around with my guitar since I will be doing that a lot more so why not start now. I go into Hunters music room and find my guitar in its case and take it out and start strumming some songs and hum along with them. After awhile I am joined by Hunter walking in with 2 cups of fresh hot coffee.

"Coffee for you and coffee for me." Says Hunter handing me a cup.

"Thanks!" I say right before I put my guitar down and take a sip.

Hunter and I sit there in silence drinking our coffee until Hunter breaks that by putting his cup down on the table.

"Brooke, after what happened today I wanted to let you know that I will always be there for you no matter what happens. I won't let anything get to you. You are all I ever wanted." A little confused but why he said that Hunter grabs my guitar and starts plays.

*sings wanted*

With the song over I am basically balling my eyes out. I felt like I was living in a movie when the guy sings to the girl to get her back because he screwed up, except Hunter didn't screw up, he made everything perfect.

"You will always be wanted by me Brooke." I wipe the tears from my face and Hunter smiles and looks into my eyes and starts to lean in and so do I.

Once again that kiss. The same kiss that he gave me before but even better. It felt like hours but it was really only minutes and I didn't mind as long as I was with Hunter. When we break the connection our lips are only inches apart.

"Brooke, I think I love you. " I laugh a little and nod.

"I think I love you too Hunter." "I thought you would say that."

He smiles and so do and and then we kiss once again. Each kiss better than the last. After that I realize that this isn't a one time thing.
