We locked eyes for what feels like an eternity.

Never in my entire life had I expected this to happen.

I remember coming across him at Musicbank. It happened twice when the ark was still promoting 'The Light'.

The only interactions that we shared include bowing down to each other after the show, standing next to each other coincidentally.

And maybe... That time when our eyes met backstage.

It happened after the show when we were waiting for our van to arrive by the exit. And then suddenly BTS passed by and gave their attention to us. Rap Monster sunbaenim was praising us for our dance cover of 'Boy in Luv'. But I felt Jungkook sunbae's eyes staring at me, so I did the same. We just stared at each other the whole time, then our van came. He smiled at me when we were about to go.

All of a sudden, the soft, and surprised look on Jungkook's face disappeared and were replaced by a serious look.

He immediately let go of me as soon as he realized the position we're in.

He was basically hugging me from the side.

I blinked my eyes for a second, and the next thing I know is that he's already standing in front of me. He moves so fast.

His eyes were glowing under the street lights, I can feel them staring deep into my soul.

The wind messed up his dark hair, slightly exposing his forehead.

He was wearing a face mask to prevent himself from being caught in public. Also, because it's freezing right now. No wonder my body is shaking.

Jungkook took a few steps forward.

He quickly took off his coat. I was a bit startled when he wrapped the coat around me. Then I almost jumped when he grabbed my arms by surprise.

My whole body is shaking. Not because of his tall height that made me feel like a dwarf, but because of his stare.

He's staring intensively through my eyes. For a moment, I felt scared at the way he looked at me. All I could do is remain silent. because my throat was being held back once again.
