Chapter 1

Sage POV
"Getup right now!" he yelled at me while kicking me in the stomach.It hurt so badly but I can't show it in front of him, my future alpha Jonny.

How I hate that jerk so much but I can't do anything I'm just a girl,I've been abused all my life.I slowly rose up only to get punch in the face by my own brother, Tobias.

"What did I say about eating,you're only allowed to eat when everyone has left."Jonny says to me with anger in his voice."I didn't mean it, I'm just really hungry."I quietly mumble.Just my luck, my brother slaps me on the face and tears slowly start to fall from my eyes, but I can't let anyone see it so I quickly wiped them away.

"This better teach you to never do that again or you'll make you regret living,you got that?!"Jon says, using his alpha tone."Yes, alpha." I say quietly. I slowly got up from the floor and made my way to my room which is just the attic.

Ok let me tell you a bit about myself.My name is Sage Black, and my brother is Tobias Black who is the Beta of the Silver Moon pack.People never treat me like the beta sister but as their servant,who has to do all their bidding.My mom left me and my brother at the age of 1 but she never told anyone the reason for her leaving us.

My life turned into hell when I was 8 and everything just happened all of a sudden and I became everyone's servant and punching bag, I hate my life and my mom for leaving me here alone.

Chapter 2

It hurt so much but I couldn't let anyone see the bruise on me so I had to cover myself up pretty good before leaving for school

It's a good thing nobody notices me,I'm pretty much a nobody anyway so everyone just ignores me."Hi Sage." My only friends Henry and Miranda said while walking up to me.

"Hi guys, what's up?" I reply, giving them a light hug because my body hurt so much from the beating this morning.
"So what up with you today, you didn't call me?" Kayla said."I'm just a bit busy that's all." I lie."Don't you dare lie to us Sage.We can see the bruise you're try to hide behind that hoodie."Henry snapped.

I flinched but Henry must have seen it because he immediately began to apologize. "I'm so sorry I scared you but I just hate to see you this way".

"I just wish that you were in our pack instead of that hell of a pack of yours."Kayla said quietly."I do too but I can't do anything about this." I mumble in reply.Just then the bell rang meaning it's time for class."See you later", They say before giving me a hug and walking out to their class.
