The first day of summer had begun in Auradon, and with that came the tradition of the Beach Bash! Bands would play, a feast on a table longer than a football field would be laid out, there would be volleyball and sand castle races. Mal woke up excited for this day but mainly because it was the start of the holidays and any excuse for no school was a good excuse to her. She rolled out of bed slowly, it was the perfect day for the beach. As rubbed her eyes she turned to Evies bed. As usual the bed was empty. Evie, now King Bens advisor was always up before the sun these days. Mal felt like she barely saw her anymore but understood what she was doing was important. She grabbed todays outfit and went to jump in a shower, wondering if Carlos and Jay were up yet, maybe they could all head to the Bash together. (swimmers and outfit pictured below.)

Mal was right, Evie was up before the sun. This time was different tho, it was an exciting secret. Evie and Ben had been planning a big surprise for the Beach Bash! They were bringing over 5 new VK'S!! Nobody else knew besides themselves, Lumiere and the limo driver. They would be arriving any minute as Ben and Evie sat anxiously waiting in Bens office! "Are you sure we picked the right kids E?" ben said nervously. "I'm certain. Five new kids just like us, getting the opportunity to start a new life, a real life! And what better adjustment period than the summer holidays! Plenty of time to socialse and make friends before the hard school days begin!" Evie said with a smile and settled all the worries in Ben, he trusted Evie more than anyone on his council, who would strongly disagree with this descision, especially with Uma still unseen since that faithful night. Ben read the list out one more time. "Drizzy - Daughter of Drizella (cinderella) Zenon and Yvette - son and daughter of Yzma (emperor's new groove) Harper - Son of Hades (Hercules) And last, but not least Clara, daughter of Claude frollo. (the huntchback of Notre Dame)" "its a pretty impressive list of the 'who's who' of the Isle" Evie said with a giggle. Ben couldnt helop but smile, and than thought about all the countless other kids on the Isle, how they could go about saving them and how horrible he felt for the ones it's too late to save. How he wished his parents had done all this well before he became king. Mid thought there was a knock at the door. Lumiere. "Your magesty, the fresh VK's are here." "send them in" he said, drawing in a anxious breath as he heard the door crack open.
