I suppose I'll share a little about myself before we get into the real story. My name is Jared[Jaredo] Rhoades[Rodesu]. I'm currently fresh out of high school and my parents kicked me out so I could live with my two friends named Richard[Rishado] and Tristan[Torisutan]. But you probably already knew that from reading the description of this book.
Tristan[Torisutan] is a calm and collected person who's always been a straight A+ braniac student.

And lastly, there's me. I'm just a skinny, weak geek who likes to draw and tries to do well in school.

We all live on a short street in a quiet town named Shizukani. While I've been anticipating the chance to start living with my friends forever now, it's honestly been a drag. We all mostly stay confined to our rooms playing games and sleeping. The only exceptions are just when we decide to go out to eat or when we go to the bookstore to have fun (which isn't really often). Rent is pretty easy to pay with how much our jobs pay us so we've never really been nervous about that subject. Although that may also be because of the fact that the house we live in is quite small. The town we live in is labeled as "quiet" for a reason. And that's because of the weather. Nothing but sunny days with the occasion of some nice rain if we're lucky. I suppose that beats the hell out of tornados and hurricanes hitting us. My friends always argue with me that my life is quite eventful when I believe it's not. But I suppose, at this point, I have to agree with them. Especially after the huge earthquake we felt right outside our house.
