Stitch Mouth is the youngest of two. A brother and a sister. Her parents are well off, her mother a nurse and her father a lawyer. She spent a lot of time alone because of her parents work and her siblings sports. She was always the odd one out. She didn't choose sports, instead she chose painting and art. Her parents rebuked her for this. They always asked why. Why not softball like your sister? Why not soccer like your brother? However she never answered. She was mute and the doctors never knew why, but she did. She would never forget. Her parents never had enough time with her. They never taught her how to speak. They always forgot her wherever they went. One day they went to the zoo and they were in the reptile exhibit. Her parents and siblings left, but Stitch Mouth was still there watching the alligators and how they protected their young and how they were a family. She longed for it. That feeling of belonging. When her parents finally realized Stitch Mouth wasn't with them. She was still staring at the alligators. They pulled her away and they went home.

Stitch Mouth had finally had enough. Her parents were getting worse and so was school. She tried to warn them. She really did. She painted it out. It helped her, but it wasn't enough. She felt like she was breaking inside. She hated it. She would do anything to get rid of the feeling. Anything. So, to find relief she killed her parents and siblings. She first started with her parents. When they went to bed that night, she walked into their room when she heard them snoring. She grabbed her mothers sewing pins. She walked up to her mother and stabbed her in the chest. Her mother began screaming and crying. Begging for her life. But Stitch Mouth didn't listen. She plunged the pin repeatedly into her mothers chest. Her father was next. They all slept with noise reducing headphones (that's why they never heard them scream). Stitch Mouth repeated the process three more times. Finally, she felt relief. She loved the feeling of killing. As punishment, she sewed their mouths shut. When she was done with them, she did it on herself. For every victim she sees their mouth shut for the punishment her parents did to her. After she was done, she grabbed her favorite paintbrush and painted an SM on their bodies. She grabbed some clothes and a duffle bag and left the house for good. She ran into the woods and found an abandoned treehouse.
