This book is dedicated to my best friends, who stuck with me from the beginning, defended me, laughed with me, and comforted me when I thought there'd be no one there to help me. With all of that, I'd like to thank you, for your humble humour and all those crushes you assumed I had, all those ships you created, and thank you, so much, one friend in particular, (though both of my BFFs helped!) in finding my current crush. Those jokes, unrealistic plots to embarrass and take down our bully, were so stupid, but at that point I could've laughed at anything to get me out of the dark stance I was pulled into. Helping me with my crushes, even though they never worked out, and comforting me when I thought I'd never find love. Therefore, I can never thank you enough for this. I can't thank you anymore, my seriously fierce friend (you know who you are) for your fierce attitude that constantly made me laugh even though I probably shouldn't have, my annoyingly funny friend, your constant jokes, that were terrible but funny, and just annoying. But funnily annoying. I can only thank you by being the "Inquisitive Friend" that I constantly am, with my pleasing thirst and yearning for questions. I can also thank you by dedicating this book to our friendship, which was founded eight years ago (at the time this book was published, 2017) in Preschool. It will live on forever, as a memory even if we have to go our separate ways, or we die at an old age, and never in vain. That being said, let's get to the story, because I can tell only my friends have read this, as it dedicates to them and our friendship. (Sorry for the rant)

Clover's P.O.V:

Me, Chantelle and Cynthia have known each other for as long as I can remember.

It's stupid, but I still remember a memory, from reception. One girl, called Heather Hayes, who was annoyingly popular in the class, turned to us.

"I bet you three can't find a four leaf clover!" Heather laughed. We growled, and by the end of the day, we vowed to find one.

We went to the local park with our parents, and sure enough, after about ten minutes of thoroughly searching the emerald green patches of clovers, found one each. Heather was so surprised when we proudly showed our clovers to her.

It's stupid, but those memories are the most cherished. The times I laughed, was when I was with my friends. Even through the rougher times, when we were getting bullied, we managed to cheer ourselves up by making each other laugh, which helped us out in the long run, I suppose.

It's not just that though. Without us being friends, we never would've met our crushes.

And with that, I owe a great debt to my friends.

Heya! My name is Flow, and this is my first book! It would be very much appreciated if you starred if you liked this first chapter! Thanks!
