*Third person*
It was another normal term at Anubis House. Until Eddie arrived.
He has already met everyone, and all the girls were already crazy about him. They were all cute to him, but only one of them had won his heart. And that was the girl who wasn't crazy about him.
Patricia.
Patricia isn't someone to make an enemy of, but Eddie did so easily, and enjoying it. After a few weeks after Eddie arrived, a lot had changed. Patricia and Eddie has became Peddie, Eddie kissed Patricia's twin sister, and Eddie was Nina's Osirion.
"Patricia Willamson and Edison Sweet, please report to the head teachers' office please." called Mr. Sweet over the intercom. Did I forget to mention, Eddie is Mr Sweets' son? Patricia rolled her eyes at Eddie, which he grinned in reply.
"What have you done now, Patricia?" Joy asked her best friend.
"Nothing!" she replied. Eddie raised an eyebrow.
"Okay, well here's a warning. For lunch, do NOT chose the spaghetti."
"But why does he want Eddie too?" Alfie asked, practising his ping pong skills.
"Don't ask me." Eddie replies.
"Patricia and Edison, to my office NOW!" yelled Mr. Sweet through the intercom, once more.
"Let's go then." Patricia said, sighing,
They both walked, side-by-side, to Mr Sweets' office, barley saying a word. Soon enough, they approached the door, and Eddie opened it, letting Patricia go in first. She rolled her eyes and walked in.
"Ah, Patricia. Eddie." Mr. Sweet said, as soon as he saw them arrive. "I have some news for you."
"And that is...?" Patricia said, slumping down in her chair.
"Well, it mostly involves Edison, but because, Patricia, you are his-" Mr. Sweet coughed awkwardly, and after a few minutes silence, he managed to say, "Edison's 'Lady friend' I figured you would want to hear as well."
"This won't be embarrassing, right?" Eddie asked. Patricia glance at Eddie, and smiled cheekily, and Mr. Sweet looked bemused. "What? I have a rep' to protect." he replies, nervously.
" Yeah, as the annoying American." Patricia says.
"Then you're dating an annoying American, making you Mrs Annoying American." Eddie grins. Patricia turns to face Eddie, anger flashing across her face.
"Firstly, we'd have to be married! Secondly, you just admitted you're an Annoying American!" retorted Patricia.
"Enough!" Sweetie said, staring at them both. "Edison, it's about your mother."
"What about her?" Eddie shrugs.
"She wants you to go back to America." Sweetie finally says. Patricia suddenly goes wide-eyed, ditto Eddie.
"W-what?"
"I'm sorry."
"Why does she want me back?!" Eddie practically screamed, standing up.
"I suggest you sit down, Edison Sweet, otherwise I just might agree with her!" Sweetie retorted, raising from his chair.
"Just answer his question!" Patricia finally says, re-gaining speeh.
"I wish I could tell you. I wish I could...."
A few days later, Eddie was going back to the airport, back to America.
"Bye Eddie." Jerome says to him. Eddie punches him playfully on the arm.
"See ya' Jerry." Eddie says to him.
Lastly, Eddie says goodbye to Patricia.
"I'll miss you most of all, Yakker." he whispers to her, as they hug goodbye.
"I hope so." Patricia says, smiling weakly.
"Bye." he says, as he turns away. He takes a few steps towards the door when he stops. He turns around and gives Patricia one last kiss.
"Aww!!" says Amber in the background, to which Patricia and Eddie laugh slightly.
"Bye." Patricia says again.
"B- No. I'm not going." Eddie suddenly says.
"Eddie, you have to go though!"
"No. I'm staying."
"How come you're always so stubborn?" Patricia grins.
Eddie stays silent for a while, searching Patricia's eyes. They get closer again, and their lips brush lightly, then again - not so lightly.
As soon as they part, Eddie says,
"I get it from you.."
