"Where are they" our friend Zoe yelled as she stormed into our room. When we all saw what they did to her we busted out laughing.
"Guys it's not funny" Zoe whined
"Oh but it is" Zane laughed
"Some friends you are" I heard her say over my laughter
"What wrong Zoe you look a bit blue" Ray laughed poking Zoe on her cheek as she smacked his hand away.
"Umm Zoe when did you become a smurf" Zane asked as he failed to keep a serious face.
"Yeah also where is that white hat you guys always wear" I added
"Hey I thought you guys would scold them for doing this to me not laugh"
"Yeah but you have to admit this is funny" Zoe said trying to catch her breath
"Bet you wouldn't be laughing if this was to happen to you" So muttered as she crossed her arms.
"Yeah, but it didn't" Zoe laughed
"Ugh," she groaned as she stomped back out the door, "You will regret that you've done this to me" she yelled over her shoulder as she opened the door and slammed it again.
"Probably not"
"It was worth"
"You guys realize that you have to clean this paint up off the floor right" I said as I eyed the trail of blue paint.
"Yeah" they groaned in unison.
"Would guys like to help us" Zane asked with a hopeful smile
"Uh, no" I said pretending to think about it for a second.
"Zoe! My bestest friend! The prettiest girl known to man would you please be the awesome person you are and help us" Ray said with puppies eyes that weren't even cute.
"First of all bestest isn't even a word and your mess so clean it up by your self" She said picking up her bag.
"So, the shampooer is in the closet" I said as I picked up mine.
"And make sure you guys lock up after your done cause we actually don't want our stuff to be stolen" Callie said as she and I walked out the door.
"And that's it so have a good spring break" I yelled to them as I closed the door
"Out of all the things those two did to their own sister I think that one was the best" She said as we walked down the stairs.
"Or in her case the worst"
"Yeah it's gonna be a lot of work for her to take that paint out" She said as she opened the door out to the parking lot
"I wouldn't be surprise if she was to be blue for a whole week"
"So beside staying at your dad's what else are you gonna do"
"I'm literally just gonna sleep, eat, watch tv, hang with dad and repeat"
"Are you sure you don't want to hang with me and my family during the break" She asked as we stopped at my car.
"Yeah, I'm sure. I actually miss my dad and hanging out with him"
"Okay well I'll see you later" she said hugging me
"Alright, thanks" I said smiling as I got out my car.
"Don't forget to text me"
"I won't" I said as I closed my door and waved to her as she waved back and drove off. I'm so happy my house isn't far from the school, because I did not feel like spending hours behind a wheel. Instead the drive is a good twenty minutes away. You're probably wondering why I live in a dorm when my house is so close. Well I felt like I wouldn't get the full college experience if I didn't live on campus. So I just got relaxed and turned on the radio.
Two songs later pulled up to my house expecting to see my dad alone as always but instead saw two expensive cars in our driveway which is weird. I mean it's just weird to see them in my neighborhood. It's not like were poor or anything but were definitely not rich either. I decided to leave my suit case and just slip my phone in my bra.
As I walked up the steps to the house I saw the door was already open. When I walked in I heard a painful groan coming from the living room.
