Chapter 4

(Y/N)'s POV
I don't trust Slade, he gave up too easily, I get up from my bed and I open my door to see Kory right in front of me, she blushes and gets nervous, "Morning Kory, is everything alright?" I ask, "N-Nothing is wrong, I-I was just... um.." she starts rambling, "Hey guys breakfast is ready!" I hear Victor shout, we head to the table and the news is put on, we turned our attention to the screen when we heard some bad news, "Last night Deathstroke otherwise known as Slade Wilson was captured by the mysterious Nightshade and was missing in his cell, as well as many other prisoners, they are very dangerous, everyone be careful" the news reporter explains, I knew he was up to something, I should've stayed there, we finish breakfast and we head out to search for Slade, apparently other prisoners got out as well, I go to the prison and I ask questions to see if I can find any information, all I found was dead bodies and some empty cells, I was told that on the security cameras overnight could track a conversation inside some of the cells, I could make out something about an abandoned factory, it's worth checking out, the Titans and I head there and we break down the metal door, the room was dark, and quiet, all of a sudden I hear childish giggling, Electrix is here, she starts singing, "Ring a round a Rosie, pocket full of posies, ashes, ashes, we all fall down" she sings, "What is that?" Beast Boy asks, "That's Electrix, be careful she can dispense very high voltage just by touching you" I explain, she jumps out of the dark and she smiles, "Come on Nightshade, let's play!" She says, "I'll take her" Robin says, "Use rubber, she can't electrify rubber" I say, Robin nods and leads her away from us, Cyborg gets attacked by the Plauge Doctor, "I'll take this freak!" Cyborg says, Shadowfang attacks Raven and Beast Boy, they take him on, I get punched by Deathstroke, Starfire gets him off us, "Aw, the lovers" he jokes, I take him out with help from Starfire, suddenly Starfire starts being choked by a chain that just comes out of no where, Virus is here, he single handedly takes out everyone, then he turns his attention towards me, he has me pinned against a wall, choking me, "I've been waiting for this moment to come" Virus says, I try to pry off the claws holding me down, "Killing you is going to be so satisfying" Virus says, I get free and I teleport behind him, he turns around quickly, I try to punch him but my fist goes through him and he punches me into a wall, I get him off balanced and he just grins, "Looks like revenge will have to wait, goodbye for now" Virus says before teleporting off, everyone else escapes except Plague Doctor, he laughs a little, I grab him and slam against the wall, "How did you get out!?" I demand, "You thought your little prison was going to keep us contained, you've tortured us for long enough, and now it's time for revenge" he says, "That wasn't the answer!" I say, "Fine, Deathstroke got me out, and your Virus friend wanted a favor, to kill you, that's all I know" he explains calmly, I take him back to the containment facility and throw him back into his cell, I return to the tower and join the rest of my team, I get a call from Batman, apparently they need me for something, I tell my team that I will be back shortly, as I walk out the door I see Kory pouting and frowning
