"This is it," Sehun stopped in front of the classroom. Lana thanked him. He leaned in and whispered, "I'll wait for you after school," and walked away, grinning. Jimin eyed him, a tint of anger in his eyes. "What did he say?" Jimin asked. "Nothing," Lana said. "Hm. Okay. Listen, I gotta go. Are you okay on your own there?" he asked, concerned. "Yeah! Thanks," she said, before stepping in the classroom.
In the classroom, she spotted the whole class crowding around a student who was dancing. Lana got closer to see what was going on, and she saw a muscular student, breakdancing. He had ash brown hair swept to the side, and perspiration glimmered on his arms. He ended his dance with a powerful jump, and got up, grinning. Everyone applauded him, and he looked very happy. He saw Lana and approached her, a smirk on his face. "Hey, I'm Jongin. You can also call me Kai. You must be new!" he said excitedly. "Yeah, I am. I'm Lana. So, you like to dance?" she asked. "Yeah, I love to dance. How about you! What do you like to do?" he asked cheerfully, flashing a big smile. "I like to dance too, but I don't think I'm that good," she responded shyly. "Hey, I'm sure you're great. Anyway, we should dance together one day! It's great to connect with people with the same passion," he said. "Sure, I'd love to," she replied, ecstatic. She had so easily gotten along with him. She looked around for an empty seat and felt a nudge on her back. She turned around, to face a smiling Jongin. "Don't worry, you can sit here. Psst, if you need anything, just pass me a note," he leaned in and said, looking up at her and grinning. She laughed, nodding.
During the lesson, she looked at Jongin. He was sitting by the window, focusing on writing something. Suddenly, he looked around cautiously, then proceeded to reach out and pass something to Lana. She took it, and realised it was a note. She smiled. It read, "how's it going! I'm dying of boredom here." She took out a pen and wrote on the note, "it's fine, but a little boring." She then reached out and sneakily passed it to Jongin, who broke into a smile. He also wrote something and passed it back. It read, "do you have a ride to and from school?" She glanced at him, raising her eyebrows and grinning. He smiled cheekily, prompting her to answer. "I have a ride to school, but my dad always has to rush to his job after that. I usually take a bus home," she wrote. "I can pick you up and send you back, if you want," he wrote. "sure, i'd love that. Thanks. But why are you suddenly doing this?" she wrote. He wrote back, "you seem great. I want to get to know you." The bell rang, and they got up. "Wait outside for me, I need to grab something from my friend. I'll send you home, okay?" he said, rushing off. Lana then waited outside, when suddenly someone came up next to her. "Kai!" she exclaimed, turning around only to realise Sehun was there. "Kai? You look disappointed," he said, frowning. "He's supposed to send me home," she responded. "Oh, come, he told me to take you to him. Follow me," he held her hand and brought her to the carpark. They stopped at his motorcycle. He passed her a white helmet and proceeded to wear his own black one. He took out a piece of paper from his pocket and read out, "Hillstreet 31, house 30." "Hey! Aren't those my particulars?" she asked, shocked. "It was easy to find," he said, laughing. He put the helmet on her head and buckled it. "Get on," he said. "No, Kai told me to wait for him," she said, looking at the school to check for Kai. Sehun sighed and got closer to her, hoisting her up to the seat. "Yah! Sehun!" she yelled. He then got on, revved the engine and sped off. Taken aback by the speed, she put her arms around Sehun and clutched his chest. "Lana!" a voice shouted. She looked back, to see Kai, with two helmets in his hands, frowning with confusion on his face. "How am I going to explain it to Kai?" she thought, worried.
Sehun sped through the street and Lana enjoyed the wind. They arrived at her house and he got off. She also did, and turned to face him. "Enjoy it?" he laughed. She scoffed and slapped him, walking to her door and leaving him clutching his cheek in pain. His eyes widened, shocked by what had happened.
