NOBODY MOURNS THE WICKEDGregory Reynolds was no longer a threat to anyone. His cold lifeless fingers would never curl into fists and paint Georgina's skin black and blue again. He couldn't hurt her now that he was dead.
The monster was gone and she wouldn't mourn his death, but others, who didn't know who he truly was, did. His parents and siblings mourned him, his business partners and workers were struck by his death, and his friends felt the pain of his loss. The whole world stopped, dropping what they were doing, and took a moment of silence for the successful, fun, charismatic businessman who had been a part of their lives. They were all joined together by two mutual feelings; sadness, for the short life Greg lived, and hatred, for the monster who had ended it.
In their eyes Georgina was the monster. She was the evil villain. She was the wicked.
Georgina was arrested for her crime and given a twenty year sentence. She was murdered nine months in.
No one mourned her, because nobody mourns the wicked.
