middle school

I'm Hally, and I had a amazing life, but on my 11th birthday, where summer break is just ending, EVERYTHING changes. Middle school!!!

"Hally, you ready"My mom yells from way down the stairs. Why would I be ready, when I just got out the shower."NOoooooO"I yell, in my 'I'm annoyed' voice. She was packing my lunch while I was getting dressed. I seriously didn't know why everyone is so serious when it comes to what to where on the first day of middle school. So I grabbed a sweatpants and T-shirt. I slipped into them and ran down stairs,grabbed my brown lunch bag, and headed for the door.  "Thanks mom". I say with a smile right before I start walking to the bus stop. Lillian, my old school friend, promised to be at the bus stop, to go to school together.  I wait a pretty long time for her to arrive at the bus stop with me, but she doesn't come. Then I hear a horn, and the bus stops in front of me,and just at that very moment, Lilian happens to appear around the curb.  With two other girls I didn't recognize"can you wait a second" I asked the bus driver. She looked at me and quickly replied"Be fast". I ran up to Lily (for short)and she could tell I wasn't happy.  Before I even started talking she blurted out three words almost everyone uses as an excuse...."I-i can explain"  Then one of the girls--who had blonde hair,skinny jeans and a tank-top--tugged Lily's arm"you don't need to explain anything, come on Lilly!!" The girl dragged Lilly by the arm as they disappeared around the corner. I felt like I could burst out in tears. I need a shoulder to sob on, Lilly used to be that shoulder.... Ok,let it go.... Lily has new friends now.  Maybe I'll make new friends too.  I hope!!!!!! I was so busy panicking, I didn't notice when the bus started to move off without me"Nooooo"  I ran as fast as I could go.  But, I couldn't catch up.  I let out a big sigh and started walking to school.

I am just outside of the school building when I can't take it any longer... I fall down to the ground and faint..........I wake up to find what looked like the whole class  surrounding me. "she's waking up" a voice said "snap out of it" there was so much voices at once. Then a really Hot guy finally spoke up "Give the lady her space". He looked at me"Are you ok?" He reached out his hand to help me up. I grabbed it as he pulled me to my feet"Thank you" I smiled at him and he smiled back.  He's hot.  I thought.  Focus,Hally,focus.!!  This is school..
................................................"Ok,so since it's the first day of school ,we'll start by introducing ourselves" The teacher said kindly"I'm Mrs. Kim" She pointed to someone in the back"k-k-kayla" she was really shy like. She looked sweet though.  Then she pointed to another girl "My name is Madeline Jones,the one and only-nice to meet you all". She glared in my direction, then I realized that she's the same girl I saw with Lilian. Ok,nice to meet you too.. I guess. "Ok,nice" The teacher pointed at a guy near the back, it was the same hot guy. "Jacob"

Several people said their names until it finally got to me"Hally Morgan" I said, the teacher hands out our schedules. And everyone starts comparing, I didn't need to though, so I hung around.... This was a heck of a way to start a school year.........
