"You're still innocent Carah" Sean said while looking at my dress, "Why? " I ask but the guard open the glass door and Sean and my Mom Miranda walked in. What's my brother talking about? Innocent? Like duh.
We sit beside Mr. and Mrs. Coles they were one of my mom's favorite friend. "Hello Miranda, Sean and young lady Carah" Mrs. Coles said while smiling, "Your sister was so simple and elegant Sean" said Mr. Cole and smile at him. "That girl was so different since her high school days and college, but Carah was such a beautiful sister and a girl" Sean said and I looked at him and he laugh a little bit, my brother was so annoying sometimes. "How's graduation day Carah? " Mrs. Coles,
"I'm proud of my daughter even though her best friend moved to Paris, she stay strong" mom said,
"Because for you mom I'll be strong too" I said, "Thanks honey" mom said and I felt very uncomfortable I wanna go outside.
I ask permission to Sean that I'll go outside because mom was busy with her new mates. I grab my little backpack and went outside .
The air was so fresh and cool. This hotel was so nice. There's fountain at the middle of the buildings. There's a lot of cars because this meeting was composed of many people. I wanna visit Carole, she's Sean wife she's 9 months pregnant and I'm happy for it.
"Sorry Mister" I said nervously "Watch your steps" he said , "I'm sorry Sir" I said but still he looked at me, he's so formal maybe he's a company owner because his look was so stunning.
"Next time watch your steps" he said while staring at me.
"I'm so--" I didn't finish my words because he walk fasts and enter inside the hotel.
"Who's him?" I ask myself, he's really scaring me, but he's cool but strict duhh I said I'm sorry I didn't mean to bump at him.
I enter again inside the hotel because I'm hungry, "Sean can I have a cake?" I ask Sean but he still looking at his laptop, "Sean, brother? " I said, "Don't disturb me Honey please" he said while typing on his laptop.
I sigh. I wanna ask mom where's the foods but she's busy, damn she's always busy. I ask one of the assistant if there's any food in another room, the assistant said yes and I went there and grab some cakes.
"Chocolate cake" I almost spit a little when I heard a man's voice. Oh my! He's the guy I accidentally bumped. He just looked at me . "What do you want Sir?" I ask uncomfortable.
"I want you" he said seriously, what? He wants me? Huh? He's scaring me. "Why? " I said nervously, "Your mom wanted to talk to you Ms. Dawson" he said and I felt okay.
I left my cake there and went to my mom and the man was gone again, huh?...
"Mom" I said, "Oh you're here, my new friends wanted to meet you" mom said and she bring me to her new friends wow they were nice.
"Hunter" Sean said and I wonder who's Hunter and again I saw him. "Sean" He said. "We're glad that you're here" Sean said. "Hunter, hello " mom said and I just look at my phone if Tina was online but still she didn't. "This is my daughter Carah " mom said and I just smiled. Hunter just nod and talk again with my Mom.
The meeting ended exactly 5:00pm and I'm so tired even though I just sit there and eat and watching mom's meeting and those people. But the guy named Hunter, he's so serious but cool.
"Mom, now I finished college, what's your plan?" I ask my mom, "I'll ask you honey, what's your plan?" Mom ask, "I wanna be free, you know" I said while removing my heels, "Free??like what? " she said looking at me , "I wanna do something fun, you know Mom since I was high school I'd never been into a party club, hangout or something, I wanna experience like that, I'm still 19" I said not looking at my mom. "Fine, you can do whatever you wanted but don't change your ass", "mom!" I said but she walked out and I smiled.
