The mafia and the reporter

I was sat at my desk typing up an interview I had with and upcoming celebrity. I worked at a large reporting firm and I worked in the smallest and yet most busy department 'sensational' my co workers and I are all male and I'm the youngest. He only reason I got this job was because I'm childhood buddys with the CEO which kinda sucks as I hate getting help. I sighed and leaned back on my chair I was so bored. We really needed a girl here this is just a hopeless sausage fest.

I took my break with the other guys so we all went up to the roof, my senior at work Koro pulled out a cigarette and I pulled a face, I was highly against smoking and the smell was terrible. The other four guys did the same and took long drags from the cigarettes, I knew I should leave but Hiro had something to tell us.

"We are getting a new employee here and it's a female" he announced. My ears pricked up at this, I'd recently gotten out of a relationship myself and was in the market again. This could be my chance but then I sunk down in disappointment as I remembered about my co workers, all 26-29 years old, all good looking and each had a compelling feature that attracts many types of women. I may as well give up while I'm a head.

I sipped my coffee as Hiro continued talking about her; her name was Yui taken from an outside firm and apparently really capable but she'd only be working for a few months as her original work place was going through financial troubles, 23, single and comes from an extremely respected family in the business world. In my opinion she sounds snobby.
