[23] Ally

Ok so in this story Ally is roughly 8 years old. So yeah...

Ally's POV

"Dad? Are you home?" I called out as daddy and I entered the house.

"Apparently not." Daddy laughed as he placed my school bag on the table. "Dylan?" He yelled.
I called Dylan Dad and Jackson Daddy... don't ask why.

"He's not here." He pouted causing Jackson to pull his phone out and call Dad.

Jackson's POV.
J- Jackson.
D- Dylan.

D- hey babe.
J- hey. Where are you?
D- oh I just popped out. Needed to pick something up. I'm on my way home now. Everything ok?
J- Ye everything's fine. Drive safe. I love you.
D- I love you too.

"Dad had to go out. He's coming home now so why don't you help me make some food?" I asked Ally. She nodded and hopped onto the counter.

We began to make food and before we knew it, Dylan was home. Straight away Ally ran towards him.

"Dad!" She cried as she jumped into his arms. "I missed you."

Dylan's POV

"Dad!" Ally cried as she jumped into my arms. "I missed you."

"Hey baby girl. I missed you more." I replied and kissed her forehead. My eyes glanced over to Jackson who gave me a small smile.

Ally jumped back down and ran up to her bedroom to play.
"Hey babe." I kissed Jackson but he pulled away.

"Hey." Jackson mumbled.
Something was wrong, I had to find out what.

A while passed and Jackson and I were now laid in bed.
"Everything ok babe?" I asked as I stroked his hair.

"Yep." Was the only reply I received. I moved my hand further down his body causing him to push me away and sigh heavily.

"Ok. Tell me what's wrong." I ordered.
Jackson looked me in the eyes and began talking.

"I just feel like Ally likes you more... mainly because you're her real dad and I'm just some random person that she calls 'dad' and that she lives with." He announced. Tears were forming in his eyes so I had to sip away a few stray ones.

"Babe. Ally loves you. She just needs time to adjust to this life." I told him.

"8 years Dylan. It's been 8 years. I don't know... maybe I'm just overreacting... can we just forget about it and sleep?"

"Sure." I kissed him goodnight and we both fell asleep.
