You stood there in a state of shock "no I'm sure there was someone here, I-I don't understand" you whisper still looking at the perfectly kept skeleton you felt a hand touch your shoulder

"Y/n we must leave now or else we will be caught and he'll have both our heads" the rabbit said rather darkly, you still couldn't believe it before reluctantly turning away and walk-in with him

He headed towards a large and heavy wooden door that had been open just enough for him to stick his head out and check them turned to you "Y/N I want you to close your eyes and trust me."

You frowned at him and shook you head "why would I need to shut my eyes?" You ask and go to peek out the door

"No!" He grabbed your face gently preventing you not to look "please just trust me, you just can't look" he looked at you with a pleading expression "please"

You stood there pursing you lips softly thinking about it before hesitantly agreeing "Alright but...just didn't lead me into any walls"

He smiled and took your hand waiting for you to close your eyes "I promise I won't let you get hurt ever" You clenched your jaw before closing you eyes "Now you can't open them until I say" he waited a while before leading you threw the halls

You could feel soothing was off by the way the floor was wet and smell was awful, you could feel your shoes stick when you stopped and went again "shh" the man said to you making you stop just behind him you could hear voices

"I'm telling you I heard some noises over here" you heard a mans voice echo down the hall "Are you sure it just wasn't them messing around?" Another questioned "no I know what that sounds like" they were getting closer

"Y/N stay here I'll be back in a bit. Do no open your eyes" he said more like a command then anything you were more reluctant this time but nodded and put you hands over your eyes

"Nivens what was that noise?" The first man asked "oh it was nothing just the men joking around" The albino said who's name you had just learnt "are you sure?" He asked "Yes" Nivens responded

"Alright, see I told you nothing to worry about" the second man said "hey wait a second what's that on your feet" You heard him ask then reach for a weapon before the sound of gargling and a body falling to the ground

"What are you doing Niv-" you heard the name voice cut off by more gargling and you curiosity got the best of you and you opened your eyes only to be met with Nivens hands covering them "I told you not to look or open your eyes"

You shut them again hearing the danger in his voice "good now please try not to open them again" you nod which he seemed to approve of because you two were on your way again ducking in and out of hallways and rooms

"Alright you may open them" he said stepping back a little, you were happy to open them your eyes were growing tired from squeezing them shut opening them was a small challenge since you were now outside in the bright sunlight

"We are just outside the gardens" he notified you and started to walk still holding your hand "we should keep moving it's too dangerous around here"

You walked just behind him mind still racing and heart pounding in your chest, you had so many thoughts and questions running through your mind 'Where were you going? What happened back there? What was the liquid on your shoes? Were you safe? Who was that girl in the cell? How are you getting home?'

With the thoughts distracting you you kept walking straight into the body in front of you, Nivens chuckled at your puzzled look on your face "I'll answer your questions as best as I can" he offered and walked into a rather small cottage

The design of the house was very clever, the outside might have seemed small but there was three floors to the home the top was a living room and a study, downstairs was a kitchen and dining room and the third floor was a bedroom and bathroom

"Please give me your shoes" he said and  waited with an open hand "why?" You asked taking them off "because they are dirty I will clean them" he took them from your hand before walking down stairs placing them somewhere you couldn't quiet see but you knew there was blood on them

You were sat a small table in the corner as Nivens served you a sweet scented tea and a small dessert, your were hungry but also hesitant to eat anything since the last time you did you were trapped in a cell

"What are your questions?" He asked politely tilting his head to the side, you thought for a moment thinking of a first question a moment ago you had a million running through your mind "What happened back there?"

Nivens seemed reluctant to answer "I got you out of the castle and away from the king" he answered avoiding the part you were referring to

"No I meant what happened with the guards" you said trying to get to the point "I heard them confused then they were choking on something and my shoes were cover in blood"

"Y/N I cant answer that I'm sorry" he said placing his hands on the table "I just can't so please drop that question"

"But..." you stopped taking a breath before thinking of another question he did save you after all "Alright, am I safe here?"

"Your safe anywhere I put you, the king won't know where you are without me" he explained "I work very closely with him and-"

"You work with him!" You stood up and grabbed the nearest weapon you could find which was a butter knife "so I'm not safe your just going to take me back This was all just a trick"

"Y/N calm down if I wanted to take you back I would have done it by now" he didn't even flinch "you need to calm down and let me explain, I work with him and against I'm working to get his workers out of his power and under the white kings rule" he stood up swiftly grabbing the knife from your grip "I'm trying to get you there so maybe before you start accusing people you should hear them out"

You stood back more as his tone got more irritated as he explained, you still didn't move "who is this White king?" You asked

"I'm glad you asked" a voice sounded behind you
