We have been driving for a while and I started wondering what was going on? Where is he taking me? Why is it taking so long? Are we leaving the state? Oh my gosh Nate would kill me!
"What are you thinking?"
"Well I was wondering if we are leaving the state anytime soon" I giggled
"Nahh. Its a school night I know better then that." He joked
"Good I need my beauty sleep." I joked back
"No you dont. You would look beautiful with 30 min. of sleep."
This boy is serioulsy making my heart melt. He says the sweetest things and can make me blush like no other.
"Look we are here." He smiled going to my door and opening it for me. As I got out of the car I saw a beautiful lake and hidden in the trees and what looked like a planket spread out on the grass. With what I'm guessing was his guitar.
"This place is amazing! How did you find it?"
"Shh thats a secret." He smiled at me grabbing my hand lacing our fingers together and leading me to the blanket. We sat down and he pulled the guitar strap over his head and strumed a few cords.
"So shall we hear what kind of vocie you have?"
Oh gosh. I havent sang out loud for someone to actually here on purpouse for a very long time. But odly enought I felt like I wanted him to hear my vocie.
"Only if you sing along with me." I say shyly as a I brush my hair behind my ears.
"Okay how about Everthing I shouldnt be thinking about?"
"You like country music to?!??!?!" Oh my gosh this guys is to good to be true i swear.
"Are you kidding its the best! So you ready?" I nodded and waited for him to start as he started to strum the cords.
"My Motercyle needs an oil change fence needs mending and house needs paint I got a million things that need to be done but baby I can only focus on one.
I Took a deep breath and joined in with him
"The way your looking back at me right now I'm thinking about everything I shouldnt be thinking about your playing with my mind baby aint no doubt yea I'm thinking about eveything I shouldnt be thinking about."
Now it was my turn. By myself. Here goes nothing
"Baby youve always had a one track mind so what your sayin aint no surprise what may come as a shock to you is that I'm havin all those little thougts to. As I sang his smile got bigger and bigger and I realized there was nothing to be afraid of.
"The way your looking back at me right now I'm thinking about everything I shouldnt be thinking about your playing with my mind baby aint no doubt yea I'm thinking about eveything I shouldnt be thinking about." He stopped playing and looked at me smileing.
"That was amazing. You have such a beautiful vocice la mia bellezza." I dont know what he said but that just made my heart melt.
"What does that even mean?"
"My beauty."
"I'm yours?" I asked. Not that I wouldnt want to be but it was kinda fast I didnt know much about him.
"Do you want to be?"
"Do you want me to be?"
"I do. I know I havent know you for very long and there is still so much for us to learn about eachother but I really like you Gabby and I dont like the idea of you being with another guy. Is that to possessive?"
Wow I was not expecting that. I stared at him for a second. We didnt break eye contact and as I looked into his eyes I knew that even though I didnt know much about him I wanted to be with him and to be honest the thought of him being with another girl did not make me feel good at all.
"No its not and to be honest I dont like the idea of you being with another girl. I like you to alot. So I would love to be yours." I smiled and he face lit up. He pulled the guitar off and moved towards me wrapping his arms around me. I leaned into him moving my hands to cover his and leaned my head into the crook of his neck.
"Now will you offically be La mia bellezza?" He whispered in my ear. I turned my head so I could see him. Our foreheads touching and looked into he deep brown eyes.
"Yes."
He smiled so big and then leaned down pressing our lips together.
