Chapter 3

Zayn's POV

  We got inside the tour bus. Paul told the driver the issue. Afterwards he just fell asleep i guess. Harry and Louis are trying to find the first aid.
  Niall and Liam are playing FIFA. They pause the game a turn their heads towards me and the dog in my arms. Both of their eyes widen. Liam raised one of his eyebrows at me.
  She looks adorable. She looks all around the bus then at me with her brown eyes and tilts her head. She doesn't look like she is in pain.
  "Why is there a dog in here?" Liam asked.
  "The driver thinks that he ran over something turns out it was this little girl." I lifted the dog a little. "And we think her leg is broken since we found her near a bloody puddle." I answered. Niall and Liam frowned at the story.
  "Well let's check her out." Niall said. I nodded. We walk over to the counter near the mini fridge. I lay her on the counter. She stand on all fours. What the?
  "I thought you said that her leg is broken." Liam said in confusion.
  "I don't know Liam. We saw her near a bloody puddle and she was whimpering." I replied back.
  "Maybe she has a cut." Niall suggest.
  "The bus ran over her Niall." I said. Niall just shrugged his shoulders. The dog is now laying down staring at the boys and me mostly. Almost like she is checking me out. Weird.
  "Found the first aid!" Louis yelled.
  "You don't have to yell Lou." Harry said and handing me the first aid. I unlock the kit and set it to the side next to the dog. I check out the right leg. Nothing. Then the left. It is bloody. I look closely and i saw a huge cut that you could see a little bit of the bone. It looks like it healing quickly.
  "You are right Niall it is a cut." I said. Then the cut is healing up because i can't see the bone no more. Strange. It looks like a regular cut now. I clean her leg with a moist paper towel. I threw it into the trash. Then i grab the alcohol rubbing and a paper towel. I rub the alcohol rubbing on her leg and she whimpered.
"It's alright girl." I cooed. I threw the towel into the trash as well. Then i wrap her leg with the bandage wrap thingy and taped it. All done. I put the supplies back in the kit.
  "Is the patient alright doctor Malik?" Louis teased in a high pitch voice. I smirked.
  "She is alright nurse. All she needs now is some food, water, and some rest. Now put my supplies away." I said and laugh afterwards. He glared at me and grab the kit. He went to put it away and came back. The boys laughed.
  "Ha ha." He said in a girly tone. I set the dog on the floor. I walked over to the cabinets,open it, and grabbed a bowl. When i turn around to get water. She is gone. I raise a eyebrow. Where is she?
Anyway i pour water into the bowl. I walk in on the boys resuming on playing FIFA and the dog sitting on the floor,right in front of them, watching the game. Wow. It looks like she is into it and she wants to play.
  I set the bowl in front of her. She tilts her head. It's like her own signature look or something. I like it. It's cute. She started to drink it. Now what to feed her. She must be hungry.
  "Are you hungry girl?" I asked. She looks up at me and then keeps drinking the water. I guess not. I sit right next to her.
  "You must really like the dog already. Since you are the only one taking care of her already." Liam said.
  "Yep." I said. I look down at her and see that she finished her water. She stared at me.
  "Why so serious girl?" I said playfully and push her lightly. She fell on her side. I smiled when she got back up quickly. She ran to the side of my shirt and start to bite on it and playfully tug. I chuckled. I pull her up to my lap. She is small but not like a baby pup. She is just a little older i guess.
  "Can i keep her?" Nialler asked. I turn my head to look him straight in the eyes.
  "Nope,she is mine Nialler." I said and hold the dog to my chest. He pouted. Oh well. I need to name her.
  "Hey guys. What should i name her?" I ask for help. They put on their thinking faces. Weirdos.
  "How about Louise?" Louis suggested with a smirk. The dog just puts her paws against her eyes. I guess no.
  "Nope." I said. She put her paws down.
  "Darcy?" Harry asked. I shake my head.
  "No, name your own daughter Darcy." I said and stick my tongue at him.
  "I will." He said with a smile and ate his banana. Where did he get the banana from?
  The dog jump out of my arms. She jumps on a couch near the window. She cause a fog on the window. I got up and sat on the couch next to her. I wonder why is she doing that. She grab my hand with her two paws. Then bite my pointer finger out and push it against the window where fog is. The boys pause the game and surround me and the dog. She started to write 'JENNIFER' on the window. She lets go of my hand and stares at me.
  "Jennifer is one smartass dog is she possessed or something. How does she know how to write?" Louis said. I just smile and nod in shock and surprised.
  "I don't know ask her. Maybe she can talk to." I joked. The boys laugh and Lou just slapped my face playfully. I glared at him and Jennifer growled at him. He raised both of his hands up. I smirked. I have my own guard dog. I chuckled at the thought of having my own guard dog since me and the boys have already have our own security guards.
  "Jen for short?" I asked her. She barked. I smiled and picked her up.
  "Well we are going to bed. Night boys." I said and yawn. They all said 'Night Zayn' and/or 'Night Jen.
  I walk towards the bunks. Good thing we got an extra bunk and it's right under mine. I lay her down the bottom bunk.
  "Night Jen." I said and scratch the back of her ear. She barked two times. I did my night routines and went to sleep. I am going to take good care of her no matter what and i mean it.
