I packed mybag and slid my homework into my pocket. Grabbing my laptop bag, I rushed down the stairs to the library.
"Hazel, it's the last day.. Go home, enjoy yourself!"
I laughed. I really liked Ms. Fuller. She was the teacher who never asked you about your crinkled shirt or your ripped school bag. But she isn't the sort of teacher that was supposed to. She was a librarian.
"Homework" I said.
"You still haven't got the computer fixed then?"
I shook my head. "Go on then," she said, pointing to one of the very few computers that were still working.
I smiled and chucked my bag behind the desk. I opened up the internet and some very interesting news came up.

It was starting to get quite dark when I left school to go home. My school was on a quiet road, where only a few cars passed by.

It takes 4 minutes to walk to my bus stop from my school. Nobody from my school gets the same bus as me. I swung my laptop bag as I walked. A group of boys laughed behind me, but I ignored it. I could hear them coming closer and I sped up. Suddenly, one of them grabbed my backpack. I turned quickly and kicked him where it hurts. But his friends grabbed me before I could run. I screamed and wriggled but they held me tight. Really tight. I could see the first boy walking towards me. I shut my eyes tight, hoping it easy just a dream.
"Solta". The two boys holding me let me go. I slowly picked up my laptop bag, trembling. The road was getting busier. More people walking past. Suddenly, one of them pulled out a knife. A small knife, but a knife. I gasped. I turned around and ran. Ran for my life, literally. I heard their footsteps and their shouts that I couldn't understand. I started running even faster, really understanding the danger I was in.  They were quite far,  so I screamed help, trying to get one of the cars to notice me.
"Help!" I exclaimed, still running.  A woman in her parked car looked at me, and then at the boys chasing me. But she's sat there, and I knew I wasn't going to waste my time with her. I continued with my rather silly plan, and I started to get out of breath. I glance back. They were still going. A blue car slowly drove past me. I looked win the window. An elderly man was driving, and what looked like his granddaughter was in the back seat closer to me. I didn't pay attention to what they looked like,  but they both pointed forward, where there was a small parking space. I ran and they drove.  The boys were close now. The girl opened the door and let me in.
