Adopted?!?

Hi I'm Cassie and I'm 16 years old. When I was 3 my mom and dad abused me severely. Child services came and took me away, then I ended up here in the Seven Wonders Adoption center. I hate it here. Every one hates me well everyone except Brudo. He is my pet wolf. Well actually my best friend. He lives in the woods behind here and comes every night. Anyway enough about Brudo. I love YouTube and nature. I have blue eyes, blonde hair, I wear glasses but I also have contacts. Today is adoption day. Can't wait to see who doesn't pick me yay.
Ldshadowlady's P.O.V: "Come on Joel! Wake up! It's almost time to go to the adoption center." I scream in his ear. I'm nervous but also excited. I have always wanted a kid. In the Q and A I did a few weeks ago everyone was asking if I was ever going to have kids and I said yes. "I'm up I'm up." I hear Joel say as I am getting into my jeans with the sailor moon sweater. I put on my converse and braid my hair then grab my phone and wait in the car for Joel. Joel comes out wearing a blue and green shirt with some jeans and sandals. His hair is combed to the side. He gets in the car and drives to the adoption center. We arrive and I jump out as quick as I can and bolt for the door.
Cassie's P.O.V: I see a dark pinky purple colored hair female and a brown headed male walk in as I stare in awe. Ldshadowlady and Smallishbeans are here!! I scream in my head. I can't believe they are here. I am lined up in a formation of kids youngest to oldest. I'm in the center with about twelve older kids since I'm short and another 12 or 13 younger kids. I quiet my mind as I hear her speak "Hi I'm Lizzie Shadow and this is my boyfriend Joel Green. We are hoping to adopt one of you today!" I almost scream in excitement as they look in my direction. Then the demon lady walks up aka madam Leo. "Hello, I am Madam Leo and I will introduce you to the kids one at a time then you may interview the ones you would like, then decide." "Yes miss"Lizzie says in reply. " ok well first is Missy she is 3, she came when she was 2 and has been here for a year." It seems like 5 hours by the time the demon gets to me. " And this one here is Cassie she is 16 and has been here since she was 3 so 13 years she has been here. Now onto Drake..." Yup you heard right 13 years. Everyone else has been here up to about 3 or 4 years.
Lizzie's P.O.V: The Madam introduces herself before she introduces us to the kids. Every kid seems nice and very adorable. Then we get to a girl named Cassie, she seems shy, I don't know what it is but I feel drawn to her. I wait for the interviews to start as I decide on 4. Cassie, Dawn, Drake, and Layla. I interview Dawn, then Layla, then Drake, then finally Cassie. Cassie told me about herself and how her parents abused her. It made me feel good that she trusted me enough to talk about that. After everything I decided.
Joel's P.O.V: I watched and listened to what the kids had to say at the interview. I saw that Lizzie smiled every time she saw the one with blonde hair. Cassie. She told us about her old life when her parents abused her. I felt sorry for her. We knew who to choose.
Cassie's P.O.V: I actually talked about my parents abusing me. I can't believe I did that. I feel so stupid. They are never gonna choose me now. I wait as Madam Leo talks to them about who they want to adopt. I see them walk out finally after what felt like 20 minutes. I don't know why I care cause I'm not gonna get chosen. I'm thinking about how I'm going to go and see if I can find Brudo after she tells us that I'm not getting adopted... again. I stop my thoughts as she begins to speak. " ok Ms. Lizzie and Mr. Joel have decided. So Cassie please go pack your bags." I stand there in amazement for about a minute before I finally reply " yes ma'am." I run up the stairs and grab a few clothes, my ragged phone and old old old laptop. As I walk down the stairs I grab the collar and leash I had hid away in one of the floor boards. We are not allowed pets in the adoption center so I had to hide this. I ask if I can go outside for a second while they sign the papers and they say it's fine. I bolt out the door and call for Brudo. " BRUDO!, BRUDO!" I call about 4 times before he shows up. I put the collar and leash on him and walk back inside. As I walk in everyone goes quiet. Even Brudo who was happy barking. I stood quiet as well.
Lizzie's P.O.V: I stand signing papers waiting for Cassie. I start to see her come towards the door but there is something following her. She enters and I freeze. After what seems like minutes of silence I break it. " Umm Cassie what is that?" I say cautiously. She begins to speak " This is Brudo my pet...wolf." I begin to speak while walking towards her and the wolf." How is he your pet? I'm not judging but how did you get a wild animal to become so friendly?" I ask as the wolf stands there staring into my eyes. I know he will attack at any motion I move that he would see hurtful towards Cassie." He was a pup when I came her and we bonded now I protect him and he protects me." "Ok I understand it now" I say.
