Chapter 22

Chance POV
It's been hours since me and Tessa were on the plane. The flight attendant made an announcement Saying that we are close to arriving Ohio. I was so excited to see my family again and I'm glad that Tessa is coming with me. I decided to wake up Tessa and tell her that we are close to arriving to Ohio.

Chance: "Wake up Tessa, we are close to Ohio!" I said happily.

Tessa: *wakes up* "Yay! We're almost here"

*few more minutes past and they arrived*

Chance: "Time to get off the plane Tessa"

Tessa: "Finally, I'm tired of sitting in the plane for too long" *giggles*

Chance: *chuckles* "Can't wait for you to meet my family!"

Tessa: "Me too!"

Me and Tessa get off the plane and one my friends picks us up. I find him in the airport and hug him.

Chance: "What's good my boi!"

Tessa: *smiles* "You guys look like you're close friends, aha"

Chance: "Oh yeah; sorry Tessa this is Danny, Danny this is my girlfriend Tessa"

Danny: "Nice to meet you Tessa" *shakes her hand and then hugs her*

Tessa: "Nice to meet you too Danny" *shakes his hand and then hugs him back*

Danny: "So Chance ready to go back home and meet the fam?"

Chance: "Of course man!"

Danny: "Well let's go!"

We all get into Danny's car and drive to my old home. I go inside the house and surprise my mom since she doesn't know that I'm coming to see her. She was so surprised to see me!

Chance's Mom: "Omg honey! You're here!"

Chance: "Yep! I missed you Mom" *hugs her*

Chance's Mom: "I missed you too sweetie" *hugs him back*

Chance: "Hi Aunt Jill!"

Aunt Jill: "Hey Chance! You grew up so much! Ahhh"

Chance: "Yeah I guess I did aha" *hugs her*

Aunt Jill: "Anyway, Nice to see you again!" *hugs him back*

Chance: "You too, Aunt Jill" *smiles*

Chance's Mom: "Oh sweetie, Is this beautiful girl your girlfriend?"

Tessa: "Awhh! Mrs. Sutton" *blushes and smiles widely*

Chance: "Yes! Mom this is Tessa, Tessa this is my mom"

Tessa: "Nice to meet you Mrs. Sutton" *hugs her*

Chance's Mom: "Nice to meet you too Tessa! And call me Jackie" *smiles and hugs her back*

Tessa: "You did a good job with your son" *winks at me and laughs*

Chance's Mom: "Thanks hun!"

Tessa: "No problem:)"

Chance: "So Mom where's Grandma"

Chance Mom's: "She's upstairs"

Chance: "Can me and Tessa go upstairs and see her"
Chance Mom's: "of course hun!"

I take Tessa's hand and walk upstairs with her to go to see grandma. I go inside her room and scream, "Grandma!" I go up to her and hug her. She hugs me back with excitement.

Chance's Grandma: "It's my Grandson Chance! I missed you my Chancey"

Chance: "I missed you too Grandma"

Tessa: "Chancey" *giggles*

Chance: "Very funny, is my grandma's nickname for me"

Tessa: "I see that"

Chance: "Grandma this is Tessa, and Tessa this is my Grandma"

Tessa: "Nice to meet you Chance's Grandma" *hugs her*

Chance's Grandma: "Nice to meet you too Tessa" *hugs her back*

Tessa: "I'm so glad to meet you"

Chance's Grandma: "Me too! You're so gorgeous Tessa"

Tessa: "Awh! Thank you!" *blushes and smiles widely*

Chance: "It's nice to see that you guys are getting along"

Tessa: "Yeah aHa"

Chance's Grandma: "Oh Tessa sweetie I have something for you" *goes to her dresser and gets a small box*

Tessa: "What is it?" *big smile on her face*

Chance's Grandma: "I saved this ring just for
Chance's special Girl, and you are it"

Tessa: "Awh! Omg I don't know what to say?!"

Chance's Grandma: "Just say you'll keep it"

Tessa: "I will! This is so great!" *hugs her*

Chance's Grandma: "Good!:) Chance do you want to put the ring on her?" *hugs her back*

Chance: "Yes!" *takes the ring*

Tessa: "You seem excited there Chance" *laughs*

Chance's Grandma: "Yes he does *laughs*

Chance: "Why can't I put a ring on my beautiful girlfriend"

Tessa: "Aha" *puts her hand out*

Chance: "soon to be wife" *winks and puts the ring on Tessa"

Tessa: "Awh" *laughs*

Chance's Grandma: "You guys are adorable, anyway you guys should go to your room and get settle" *laughs*

Chance: "Yeah, I'll show Tessa the way bye
Grandma" *smiles and starts walking*

Tessa: "Bye Chance's Grandma" *smiles and follows Chance*

Chance's Grandma: "Bye guys, love you!"

Chance: "Here's our room"

Tessa: "It's so big"

Chance: "I know;)"

Me and Tessa get settled in and sit on the bed together.

Chance: "So Tessa how do you like my family?"

Tessa: "They're great! I love them"

Chance: "They love you too!" *smiles widely*

Tessa: "I'm glad" *smiles*

Chance: "What do you want to do?"

Tessa: "Want to just chill, I'm just a little bit tired"

Chance: "Yeah"

Me and Tessa fall asleep for a bit and then woke up a few hours later. It was dinner time and my mom called me and Tessa downstairs for dinner.
