Khan woke up to the sounds of birds songs and he reached for his shirt on the old dusty drawer in his grandmothers room, "good morning grandma" he said rubbing off his eyes as he yawns, "good morning khan"she said "now go and say your prays" adding, khan have been staying with her since before he opened his eyes to the world his dad was late and his mom got remarried a year later leaving him in the care of his grand mother and his sister in the hands of there maternal aunt, he is 4 years old and he hasn't enrolled in school yet so he live everyday by the company of his grandma and a lousy house help.
"Grandma when is my mother coming to pick me" khan asked sadly "very soon my dear, she wants to settle down before she could take you along" grand ma answered then he went out for his usual game of football with his friends. Khan turned out to be very close to his grandma but he wasn't happy leaving without his mother, as time comes to pass grandma notice it and took his sadness for lack of friend arraignments where made for khan to go to school
