That instantly puts a smile on my face. I put my phone in my pocket, continuing with rehearsals.

Maranda started to do her own thing on her phone while I watch the kids. She doesn't show much of anything, she just quiet. I really miss Jacob. I wish he lived South Dakota.

My alarm clock goes off for school, but as always I hit the snooze button, telling myself only 5 more minutes. I end up waking up 25 minutes later.
Me - "Shoot! I'm going to be late" I rush out of my bed, stomping my toe on the way downstairs.
Me- "Ouch!!" I gasp.
Mom- "What happened?" She says smirking as I walk into the kitchen.
Me- "I stubbed my toe, not funny"
Mom- "You woke up late again didn't you?" I sigh shaking my head. I take a quick shower, brushing my teeth then putting my clothes on.

Mom- "See you later honey!" My mom shouts before driving off. I walk in school with people coming up to me asking where I've been. Of course I couldn't tell them where I've actually been so I just make up something. I get a call from Jacob but I ignore it because I'm around my friends. They don't know yet. Then I go somewhere private and call him back.
Jacob- "Y/n? Y/n?! Are you okay?"
Me- "Yes Jacob I'm fine" I giggle.
Jacob- "I'll be there in 30 minutes. Stay by friends or teachers. I love you"
Me- "Wait what's goi-" he hangs up before I could finish my question. What the hell is going on?
