Ethan and I were on the gate. Electricity pulsating through us. "Take a good look. We keep that current of electricity coursing through him because other wise he'd rip through his bindings because other wise he'd break free and kill us" Monroe says walking towards us "I'd start with you" Ethan says. Electricty courses through us again making us cry out in pain. "The people who came before us used arrows and crossbows to fight them. This is all they had to protect themselves. (Monroe holds up an arrow) a sliver of wood. While he has claws to cut into bone and fangs to tear us apart" Monroe says, grabbing Ethan's face. He roars at her. "He's stronger, faster, and his ability to heal can only be discribed as extrodinary." She pauses "You" She says pointing with the arrow to someone in the crowd "Whats your name?" "Sydney" The girl answers "You've seen them up close. Don't be shy" Monroe says walking up to her "There was a lacrosse game. We got trapped in the library." Sydney answers "And what did you do?" Monroe asks "nothing. All we could do was hide." "That's okay Sydney. I did the same thing. Until I got tired of hiding. Tired of being afraid and I decided its there turn to be afraid" She says, walking back to me and Ethan. She stabs the arrow into Ethan. "NO" I cry out as Ethan yells in pain. The crowd cheers. "It's there turn. There turn to hide. There turn to be alone. There turn to run. There. Turn. To. Be. Hunted. I was alone when I killed that Hellhound. A creature they said couldn't be killed." Monroe says. The crowd cheered again. "You know who else was alone. Nolan, come here. You want to know what Nolan did? On his own, late at night, he risked his life to try to take out Scott McCall. The Alpha. The brother of this girl here." She says pointing at me "You? You shot the house. I'll kill you myself" I mutter, glaring at Nolan "This 16 year old boy put enough bullets in that house, I'm surprised it's still standing." Monroe says. Again the crowd cheers well everyone but Gabe, and Sydney who stand there quietly. "You won't have to be alone" Monroe says and then flips on the lights "Thanks to Gerard you have an armory, guns, weapons and most of all you have each other. I don't want to pretend that this will be easy. I know it goes against our nature as protectors but your gonna have to be like Nolan and Sydney. Keep their bravery in mind when you step out tonight and do what you know you have to do." Monroe says. She turns toward Ethan and I and then rips the arrow out of Ethan. He yells in pain. "Ethan?" I ask, almost crying. The crowd cheers as Monroe holds the arrow in the air. "Sydney." She calls her up. Sydney walks up with hesitation. Monroe hands something to Sydney. "Get them out of here" Monroe says. Sydney starts to unlock Ethan's cuffed arms. Monroe hands another set of keys and the arrow to Nolan. "You too" She says. Nolan looks around and then reluctantly takes the arrow and keys. He then walks over to me and unlocks my cuffs. I fall a little since I'm exhausted from all the elctricity. "Help yourselves" Monroe says looking at the crowd. Nolan and Sydney help Ethan and I walk out. "Where is he?" Ethan asks. Neither answer. "What have you done with my friend? Why won't you tell us where he is?" I ask "What have you done to him? Where is he?" Ethan asks, with more force looking at Nolan. They put us both on the ground. "Where's Jackson" We both ask. Sydney and Nolan both step back. I rest my head on Ethan's shoulder and quietly ask "Where's Jackson" as he asks the same thing but louder. I then drift off to sleep while Ethan lays his head on top of mine and then passes out. Neither of us knew where Jackson was. They split us away from him.

Liams POV
I was in the library when Nolan walked in. "Doesn't feel good, does it? You know why there all looking at you like that?" I ask "There afraid of me" Nolan says "There afraid of what you're going to say and who you're going to say it too. Nobody trusts you anymore" I say "Then why are you here? How come you text me back" Nolan questions "Because maybe this time I'll kick your ass" I answer "I said I was going to help. I can show you something. Something I know you're going to want to see." "Where?" "At the hospital." "Why don't you just tell me what it is" "Because I have a plan" "You. You have a plan?" "Yeah. I'm going to show you what you need to see at the hospital then your going to kick my ass so Monroe thinks that you beat the information out of me." Nolan says "Yeah. I'm good with that plan" I say
We were at the hospital now. "See that guy. That's why we didn't come in the front door. "Who is he?" I ask "He's with Monroe. He was there last night. They handed him a gun like everyone else. You see that nurse right there, she was standing right behind me. There's more than you think and there not just hunters. It's anyone and everyone who is willing to pick up a gun. Last night they were teaching them how to use them. How to load, what to do if the gun jams" "Nurses?" "Everyone" "This is what you wanted to show mse? That people hate us. I could've figured that out on my own" "It's not just that. Come with me, okay." Nolan says, putting his hand on my shoulder. The phone rings and the nurses turns away from us to answer it "Now" Nolan says. I follow behind him as we walk through the halls. We walk into the Intense care unit. "They brought them in yesterday" Nolan says "Who are they?" "I-I don't know but the brought them in last night" nolan says. I walk up to one of the beds. "Do you know what that is?" Nolan asks "Wolfsbane" I say, after a few moments of silence. I call Mason. "Can't we just pull them out?" I ask "No. Don't remove the IV's. You don't know what's going to happen. Just wait until we get there. We're on our way" Mason says, on the other end "Alright. Hurry" I say and end the call "Okay. I'm going" Nolan says "Woah woah..what about your plan?" I ask "Nobody saw you come in with me." "So?" "So I don't have to get my ass kicked" "Well it was the only part of the plan I liked. Go" I say. Nolan gives a small semi-smile and then lets it go and walks out. I looked out the window on the door and then all the lights went out. The emergancy light in the room came on and I turned around and then my eyes glowed.
