Ally's POV

As Stacey continues on and on and on about how cute Ashton is, how dreamy his eyes are, and how muscular he is I almost barf. Sure, he's one of my best friends, but he can be a total jackass. Not to mention he's in love with me, which makes it all about, I don't know, 100x worse.

"What do you see in him anyway?" I ask as I eat the last spoonful of ice cream. Stacey sighs, and mixes her melted ice cream with her spoon.

"I don't know... He's funny, nice, a good friend...but whenever I think something is going to happen, he shuns me." We throw our ice cream away and continue walking home.

I snort. Who uses the word shuns?

"Its because he's a jerk. He's broken your heart before and I've seen him do it to other girls plenty of times." I say.

"Yeah, well, him loving you already has broken my heart. Anyway, two years ago you wouldn't have called him a jerk." She says. We take the turn onto my street and walk down the hill towards my house.

"Two years ago, he wouldn't have treated you like this." I take out my keys and unlock the door and go inside.

"So I'll get the snacks, and you get your computer for netflix?" Stacey says, changing the subject.

"Snacks? Movies? You better not be having boys over or I'll..."

"Oh, no, Daddy. We are just getting ready for our...movie night. Right, Stacey?" I say quickly.

"Yep! We've got popcorn, sleeping bags, and the notebook. I cry everytime." She squeaks out the last part and I know we've convinced my Dad.

"You guys know that even though I am not here the rules are the same. If you guys forgot I'll be out the whole weekend in New York with Brittney." Brittney is his third wife and is probably around half his age.

"Oh, thats this weekend?" The lies come out of my mouth so easy it scares me. Of course I remembered it was this weekend, I've been looking forward to it for over a month! Lucas, Ashton, Stacey and I are having a sleepover in the basement and it will be AWESOME!

"Yes, it is this weekend. I have to pick her up now, see you monday morning." He says before grabbing his suitcase and dragging it behind him.

"I get the snacks, you get your computer?" She says quickly once he leaves. I nod. We both look down at our white polos and green plaid skirts.

"And then we change. These school uniforms are hiddeous."

HELLO

So its kind of funny, this actually started out as an english assignment based on the book "A Midsummer Nights Dream" by Shakespeare, and I decided to write it from point of veiws and posting it (because it was in script form) Obviously, I can write it more "freely" now (I don't  know about your teacher, but mine doesn't want swearing and "inapropriate" topics in our work!) So I hope you enjoy
