Gregory's P.O.V;
She walked into the hallway. My eyes involuntarily dropped on her. She was the most beautiful person I'd ever came across with.
I don't know if any other person noticed but, she was perfect from head to toe. Those eyes...
Those dreamy eyes of hers...
Deep blue eyes that defined her beauty.
Her gorgeous blonde hair swaying from side to side as she gracefully turned her head to greet some friends.
She was other things asides being so beautiful; She was fluent in talking. So nice, sweet. Charismatic. Composed. Funny and average.
She wasn't completely bad in maths or other lab related subjects.
She was herself. Simple and straight.
She was my crush.
She was...Carmen Johnson.
Every boy's dream girl. Literally, she was my dream girl so "every boy" had their limits toward her.
I frowned badly when a tall boy interrupted my lovely view of my dream girl by leaning close to her. Too close, whispering something gibberish into her ear while she laughed and poked his chest.
There was something that wasn't clear to me. If that idiot was dating Carmen's best friend, Tawney Evans, how come he always manage to hang out too much with Carmen and obviously have his chances of flirting with her more than he should because come on, he has a girlfriend already!
Although I don't doubt if he does cheat on her with some little slutties around but with her own bff? Now that is what I'd call ridiculous.
By the way, the 'idiot' I'm speaking of is the school jock. The so-called Chase Hart. Senior and the guy for the girls.
Ladies, pardon me, but I think you know what I mean.
You know, he's the kind that girls drool over in class, lunch, bed, over the phone or laptop or their diaries. It's the fact.
Well, he disgust me. He's beyond annoying and an asshole! I'm not even afraid of him—since I learned my lesson once...sophomore year ago.
I hate to mention it.
"Snap out of it," someone startled me from my dark thought about the jerk.
I eyed the source, my classmate and mutual friend on Facebook to another friend on the same app. Bruce Welsh. He was a clean nerd. What I meant by that is he was a nerd—like me but he was everything else opposite.
I was boring. He was not. I wore oversized glasses. He didn't. I hated Chase Hart. He didn't.
So we were almost different, just that he loved studying as much as I did so we came close.
My frown deepened. "Why is he still talking to her and making her laugh...with his stupid friends?" I groaned, cautiously pointing at Chase and his squad.
"Why is that your business?" Bruce asked merely bothered as he threw his notebook into his locker and shut it.
We had our lockers next to each other's.
My face lit up. I didn't want him to begin to grow suspicious of me. "Because..." I bit out nervously.
"Are you jealous?"
Dang! Someone stab me in the face.
I turned away. "Me? Jealous of what? Pff! I'm not jealous of anything."
