Am I That Bad ?

Chapter - 4

Malia's POV

I woke up early in the morning with a great plan of revenge. Last night, I was keep tossing myself in the bed thinking about how to take revenge from Derek. What he had done with me, he have to pay for that.

I got ready for school, ate breakfast and then left for school. Today there is a football match in our school after classes.
To fulfill my master plan I went to school a little early. I went to the boys changing room and fortunately there was no one to notice me after all it is little early to start classes. I roam around the room, actually I was looking for Derek's locker. He is one of the co- captain of the football team of our school. So my plan is to embarrass him in the field. I found his locker but open it with the help of my hair clip. Trust me it's a very useful weapon for girls as it works every time.

His football jersey was their with some other stuffs. I took out his jersey from the hanger and spread the pest controlling spray. I was wearing rubber gloves in my hand so that this spray will not make any harm to me. Then I put his jersey in his place and locked the locker. I gave a mischievous smile to myself and left the room silently. I went straight to the washroom where I put the gloves in the dustbin and wash my hands. 'Today we are going to have a memorable match,' I thought to myself as I was looking in the mirror of the washroom.

I went outside of the washroom, actually I have an another job. I have to return something to someone. But where I can find him? Then I thought I will give it in the class, that will be good idea.

"Hey, good morning, you came early today!" I found Peter in the corridor. No no don't take it wrong, I was not looking for him.

"Yeah, let's go to the class, " I suggested.

"Sure."

Peter and I walking to our classroom when I saw Jonatas standing in front of his locker. He seemed little bit of depressed for something which I don't have any idea what it is. But I remember one thing.

"Peter, you go to the classroom, I am coming, " I said to him. He nodded and went to classroom.

I went to Jonatas. I know this is awkward after my first impression to him on the other day but anyway, I have to do this.

"Hi," I said standing beside him.

He turned to my side and I was in shock when my eyes met his. His eyes were red, may be he was crying but why? I felt bad, I don't know why but still I felt it.

"Hello," he said with small smile but that smile was not coming from his inside.

"Actually I want to return your handkerchief, " I said and showed his handkerchief.

"No it's okay you can keep it if you want," he said genuinely.

"But I don't use gents handkerchief," I teased him. It made him smile. He was smiling and damn he looks so gorgeous, I mean genuinely 😚.

"Then I will take it," he said.

"And....umm I want to say you something else...actually um... I want to ...I want to apologize for that day... I guess you remember right? I was so rude to you and your girlfriend but still you helped me yesterday, you really had a heart of gold," I confessed to him.

"First thing you don't have to be sorry for what you said, I mean anybody can get angry at your position that day, even if I was you, I also may get angry with that and secondly I helped because of humanity. I will do that to any other girl which I done to you and trust me I was never mad at you for that party night," he explained.
