Hey so as you all know I have moved to the hetalia fandom or at least you should know. So this charecter is Allistar a version of england for an au I'm making called magic bound where each nation is some sort of creature Allistar is a blood nymph spell caster. His design is not final but I do want to keep the scarf thing, as for what he can do he acts like a gentle man to lure victims and prey because he needs the life force of others to keep his powers strong. But when he is ready to attack he is violent I haven't decided if he should be able to shift his eyes to look more human or if he should hide them and reveal them as he is about to kill his target. Anyways I'm working on Japan and america next update soon bye.
