~the last chapter~

Radicles walked into where his 'date' would take place, he sat down and kneaded his fingers together and peeked out the window every-so-often.

He felt nervous, as mighty and macho he knew he was, he had never felt so flustered about a girl before.

Enid on the other hand, she was walking into the crisp night, the sky had turned a soft purple color.

Enid shivered a bit but crossed her arms, you could say she felt jealous, that would be the proper term, but she was certainly curious on who Radicles little date was with.

"Hey there~" came a smirk from the shadows, startling Enid, but she braced herself into a fighting position and let her eyes scan around.

Enid felt her body tense as Raymond appeared out of the shadows.

"Hey there little lady." He said with a toothy grin.

Enid gagged in disgust.

Shannon and Darrell appeared at Raymonds side, flanking him.

"Well well well," Shannon said pointing a finger towards Enid.

"A LakeWood Loser is going somewhere tonight." Darrell said eyeing Enid as he nodded to his sister and brother.

"Bring it on." Was all Enid said as she slashed her fist upwards, hitting Raymond in the jaw and sending him flying backwards.

The robots took this acceptingly and began to get ready to plan their moves carefully.

Shannon began to walk around Enid in circles, tapping each robotic foot rhythmically.

Darrell sprang at her and the two brawled at the ground, Enid kicking at him and letting her fire graze him, leaving little burns on his kneecaps or wherever she had got him at.

Soon she had gotten up and slammed Darrell to the ground, then spinning around and kicking Shannon forcefully.

Raymond came back and leapt at her, nearly tackling her to the ground, but she grabbed his shoulders and kneed him in the chest, causing him to stumble backwards into Shannon.

"WATCH OUT YOU STUPID BUTT FACE!" Shannon screeched at her brother angrily.

"AT LEAST I DONT LOOK LIKE A SMURFY DUMB MUSHROOM!" Raymond shot back.

"OH YEAH?!"

"YEAH!!!"

The two began to argue and fist fight and Darrell had gotten up and watched the two brawl.

Enid shrugged and slunk away, once she was away from them she dusted herself off and felt the hair on her neck raise once the restaurant had come into view.

Enid crouched down, for she was at the window and let out a shaky breath as she quickly sprang upward but saw no Radicles.

I'm being so silly about this!

Enid got up and walked into the restaurant. Like a normal hero. She reminded herself that multiple times as she looked around.

She still had no sight of him, so she walked to the backroom and saw Radicles, but... he was alone?

Enid walked over and pulled out a chair beside him.

"Figured maybe I'd turn this boring thing into something interesting." She said casually.

Rad smiled. "Well, my date didn't show up, because...she had to...had to decorate her house for Halloween?" He questioned himself as he worked on a sentence.

Enid narrowed her eyes.

Radicles gave her an awkward smile and he shifted slightly. She could read him like an open book.

Come up with something believable. His mind yelled at him, but Enid interrupted.

"Radicles let's take this slow. It's late September, it's not Halloween yet." She pointed out.

Radicles scratched the back of his neck. "Well I mean she probably had to buy last minute stuff." He objected, his voice squeaked.

"You didn't have a date, did you?" Enid asked teasingly.

Radicles face heated up. "I-well-no." He admitted sheepishly as he dropped his shoulders.

Enid was so going to kill him.

Enid let out a laugh.

"Well something had to be up because I mean you've been here for like, an hour now." Enid grinned with a roll of her eyes.

Rad perked up.

"So you're not..." Radicles stopped a second. "Mad?"

"No, you get a pass this time." Enid said jokingly.

Rad gave her a great grin. "Psh well I mean yeah."

Rad was his macho self again, showing off once more.

The two joked around for a bit and surprisingly got along.

Enid felt her face begin to heat up as Radicles moved closer to her, she drew closer too...

She never had been so close to anybody, especially Radicles.

The two's faces were a shade of pink as they inched closer, feeling the warm breath of one another, until Rad pushed forward, locking them in a kiss.

Radicles grabbed her shoulders, he had never imagined Enid up so close to him, but he felt butterflies tear his stomach as the they continued to kiss, he ran his hands through her hair and her hands squeezed on his shoulders.

Once they broke apart, they breathed heavily and then bust into laughter. "That wasn't too bad." Enid said elbowing him softly.

"Come on Enid! You were clearly enjoying that." Rad said with a smirk.

She rolled her eyes and smiled softly.

Both of them left the restaurant, hands clutched, close together, but most importantly, hearts beating only for one another~<3
