The dark black night was penetrated by the projection of Tessa Brooks as Shane, Drew, and Garrett prepared to scare the actual shit out of the team ten members Nick Crompton and Tessa Brooks. Nick and Tessa soon arrived, and everyone was excited to finally meet the two. Well, everyone but Drew.

As soon as Tessa entered the home, Drew was immediately met with an overwhelming sense of undeniable dread and panic. He glanced around at his friends to see if they shared the same feeling, but they appeared to be completely unaffected. He shrugged it off as anxiety about meeting new people and they continued with filming the video.

Finally, it was the time to actually do what Shane had suggested before Tessa and Nick walked in. The exorcism. As soon as Shane led Tessa to the demon room and told her what he would be doing, Drew could've sworn that he saw an angry glint in Tessa's eyes, something inhuman. He tried to catch Shane's attention, but he was too busy joking to Tessa as he sat her in the chair. Then, it was time. Drew caught Tessa's gaze as he stared her down.

Shane flicked holy water onto her face while she fidgeted uncomfortably, as if the water was inflicting actual pain on her. Then, he started with the first part of the exorcism. Tessa breezed through the questions with no signs of inner turmoil. Then, it was time for them to stare into her eyes and recite the actual exorcism ritual vows.

"In minister of Christ in the church, in the name of Jesus, I command you, unclean spirits if you lie, hiding in the body of Tessa Brooks, created by God,in any way, that you immediately give us the manifestation, show us a sign-" Shane's voice rose as Tessa's eyes grew vacant and her body began to twitch. "Which here for, your absence, in the name of Jesus, I compel you-" Shane was screaming now, "to leave, this, BODY!" All was silent, all was still.

Until it wasn't.

Tessa's body began to shift shapes, and the sound of bones cracking and breaking was audible in the closed room. She writhed and convulsed as she grew into a nonhuman figure, with her limbs now long and spindly, her neck barely able to support her head. Her ankles bent under the pressure of her legs and she stumbled towards the group of people as they watched in horror.

They tried to escape, but the door refused to open. They, were doomed. Shaking, they turned to see 'Tessa' with a bone chilling smile. They were so petrified that they were frozen in place, and didn't notice when Tessa's long fingers reached past them to Nick Crompton, brushing delicately against his trembling cheek. Her fingers trailed down the side of his face to his neck, and she let it rest there for a few seconds. Nick was so terrified as her stared into the eyes of his 'friend', that he didn't notice until it was too late that she was burrowing her fingers inside of his supple neck. His eyes shifted down, and were met with the sight of her hand inside of his pale neck, fingers twisting and grasping at his throat. He began to choke and tried to reach his throat, but before his hand could even move, Tessa's hand made a sharp movement as she ripped out his trachea. Nick ceased all movement and fell to the floor, lifeless.

The remaining 3 boys stared in terror, Shane and Garrett unable to move, even as Drew attempted to slap them into sanity. He cried as Garrett ignored his pleas, instead staring, terrified, into Tessa's eyes. Drew slapped a hand over Garrett's eyes, only to find that it had worked! Garrett was now conscious. Garrett looked over at Drew, who told him to do the same to Shane.

Tessa, who had been standing silently in the corner, lurched over and before Garrett could reach Shane's face, he didn't have any hands to slap over Shane's eyes. Garrett looked over to the corner of the room, where Tessa had flung his hands after she bit them off, and let out a bloodcurdling shriek of pure agony and pain. The blood went down his arm as he held his stumps up to his face, letting the blood drip and form patterns on his skin. Drew tried to get Garrett to move so he could get both of them out, but this time, nothing worked. Garrett was blocking Shane, who was still in some sort of trance, so Drew couldn't save either of him. But he was not about to leave without his friends.

Tessa reached a long arm around Garrett and lazily brought him to her mouth before beginning to gnaw in his wrists. Garrett was shocked back to reality with the mind numbing pain, and screamed and cried as his arms were further ruined, but eventually stopped moving altogether.

Disinterested in her now dead victim, Tessa set her eyes on Shane. Reaching a skinny arm underneath the door, she brought over Shane's blowtorch. But, that wasn't the only thing she brought back. In her arm was Ryland, who had fled the scene as soon as he suspected something wasn't right. But, he could still not be saved.

Ryland screamed, snapping Shane out of his dreamlike state. Shane immediately began to scream at Tessa, but to no avail. She pushed Ryland against the wall and let herself fall on him, pinning him in place. Then, she lifted the blowtorch, smiling as it turned on. Shane cried and yelled and begged for her to take him instead, but Tessa didn't care. She let the flame touch Ryland's face, and that was all he had to do. He dropped to the floor, screaming "No!" Over and over again. But he knew, he had no hope. So, with the room stinking of his burning flesh, he turned to Shane, and uttered his last words.

"I love you."

Shane collapsed in sobs, crying "I love you too, I love you too, please, please, please don't leave me." But he was already gone. Tessa sat with an amused look on her face as she watched Shane pick up the blowtorch and bring it to his face. "Shane, no!" Drew screamed as her ran toward the couple. But, he couldn't be saved.

Shane pulled Ryland's charred body to his own, and let the flames envelop them.

Drew soon felt a cold hand on his shoulder, and turned to see Tessa looking at him. "I'm not going to hurt you, Drew." She said in a childlike voice that wasn't even close to sounding like her own. "I can save you. You can be with them. You-" but she was cut off by her own spastic jerking and convulsions. Drew stepped back as her hand reached out to his foot, since she'd fallen down during her seizure. Looking into her eyes, he saw not the eyes of a demon, but the eyes of a girl, lost, and frightened. "Don't do it Drew." she said. "It's lying, it's just going to take control and you'll be trapped in the back of your mind until it's done with you and you can't do anything about it-" Drew realized that this was his first time actually meeting Tessa. "Please, Drew. It's too late for me, but you can still be saved." More spasms. Then, the demon returned. "Drew," it cooed, " Can you help me? I need help." Thinking that he should be nice the demon so that it wouldn't suspect his plans to escape, he shakily responded "S-sure. What do you need?" The things eyes turned even darker, as it said "Your life." And it whooshed into Drew, leaving the mangled body of Tessa on the ground.
