Chapter 2

Jade's P.O.V

*Ring*

The bell for 9th period rung. It was the end of the day , and I for one was ecstatic! I really just wanted to go home and do my homework. That's it.

As I was walking down the main hallway to the exit I heard my name. "Jade! Wait up!" Jake said. I just kept on walking. Did I mention I get extremely awkward around boys? Well I am , and I wish it was different. My face gets a deep red , I can't speak , and my palms get all sweaty. Right as I was about to walk out someone's hands touched my shoulders and turned me around.

It was Jake. Jake was the cutest boy in school with his wavy brown hair done up in a quiff. Blue eyes , an amazing smile , and a cute personality. "Jade? Jadeeeee?" he asked. I guess I got caught in my own world because I wasn't listening at first. Oh sorry .. Um hi ," I said nervously. "I have a question for you , and I don't know how the answer will come." "Ask away !" I commanded. "Would you like to come to a party with me tonight?" he asked. "Yeah sure! Where at?"

"40 North Kline St."

"Great! See you then!"

"Alrighty."

"And can I bring two other people? Uh.. I think you know them. Olivia and Taylor?"

"Yeah sure.. Whatever makes you comfortable."

"Okay bye I gotta go get ready."

"BTW it's at 9:00 tonight. Bye."

I was in the school parking lot unlocking the door to my blue Lamborghini. I sat down , took a deep breath , and turned the radio up. "Cause all of me , loves all of you ," I sang. I soon came to a stop sign at the Lincoln St. and Blaine St. intersection. When I got home I suddenly realized there was a note it my pocket.

It read ,

" Hey cutie. It's Jake. Text me . My number is 570-710-1723."

No. I was going to call Olivia and Taylor. That was the plan. So with that said , I took my pink festive yet casual dress out of my bureau. I curled my hair with a curling wand. A curling wand is a curling iron without the clamp FYI. Now I was ready. No make-up or anything. "Time to call Olivia," I said.

After I dialed , it rung , and rung , and rung. I soon got her voicemail. I left a message about the party , and where it was. Just in case she would want to come. It really wasn't like to not pick up. Whatever.

Next I dialed Taylor. She picked up ad said that she had wanted to go , but that she was grounded. While she was talking I heard the sadness and despair in her voice. To make her feel better I just said ," There will be other parties." Taylor replied with a simple ," Your right." We had said goodbye , and hung up the phone.

Great. Now I have to go by myself. "This shod be fun." I said sarcastically. This was actually my first ACTUAL party. All the other parties were at the Strand Roller Rink when I was 9.

On my way I realized I was lost so I texted Jake.

"Hey Jake.. I'm lost. I'm on Captain Road. Is that anywhere near Kline?"

"Captain Road? I never heard of that before. I'll grab my GPS , and we'll come and get you. We'll get your car in the morning."

I didn't reply. Why'd we have to get my car in the morning? Why'd he keep saying "we"? Getting my car in the morning meat that I would have to sleep over , and I wasn't doing that. It was a school night!

Olivia's P.O.V

Was this real? What is happening? Forget the party. Yeah I seemed calm over the phone , but in reality I wasn't! This was the scariest day of my life , and to be honest I don't think I'm going to survive!

Taylor's P.O.V

When she called me , I didn't know what to think. Was this 'mystery' person going to go after her too?! That's what I'm most scared about. What if she finds out I'm lying about the party? I hope she understands why. She will. I know it. What if she calls my parents? They have to know I'm missing by now , and if they tell Jade that she'll freak out! In a sad and scared kind of way. What to do , what to do?

Anonymous' P.O.V

Well I have them now , but what do I do now? Why did I do this? I have anxiety , and right now is where it hits me the most. The adrenaline is pumping. So many things are going through my mind , and all I could think is DONT GET CAUGHT!

Hey guys! This chapter is full of twists and a few new characters! I really hope you enjoy this chapter because I worked all day on it. I only made this book yesterday and I think it's coming together so well.
