Operation Iwas

After namin pag-usapan yung tungkol sa mahal niyang babae, nag decide akong iwasan na lang siya but mahirap kasi mag best friend sila ni kuya at almost everyday ay nasa bahay siya, plus WE ARE IN THE SAME SCHOOL! Lalo na ngayon na kinukulit niya ako kasi gusto niyang mag-patulong sa mga homeworks niya.

Kahit nga tarayan ko siya eh dedma lang, ang kulit pa rin. Kaya nga ngayon andito ako sa isang classroom at nag-tatago sa kanya and it's been one week that I've been trying to escape to him!!!

While nag-tatago ako may biglang tumakit sa akin.

"Boo"

"Oh my god!!!, sigaw ko, tapos hinampas-hampas ko siya. "What are you doing here?"

" Hinahanap ka...", he said that with a weird look.

Me:" me?why? and why the hell you looking at me like that?

Joseph:" like what?

Me:"your weird look"

Joseph:" nothing,nothing. Anyway Kyle is looking up to you!"

"me?why?", gulat kong tanong.

"I don't know. Change topic, I've notice something fishy on you", sabi niya ng nakakalokang smile.

"What are you talking about?",tanong ko with a big surprise.

Joseph:" I've notice that you've been trying to avoid and escape Kyle in these past few days, why?"

"what? NO!, of course not, I'm not avoiding him. Why would I?", i said defensibly.

"Why so defensive?",sabi niya habang na tawa."Alam mo hindi ka marunong mag sinungaling. I know you too much...",he said.

"FINE! It's true i'm avoiding him!", i said.

"I knew it! But why?", tanong niya.

Me:" It's none of your business!!!"

Joseph:" Ang taray mo naman, tayo na nga at kanina ka pa hinahanap ni kyle," sabi niya at hinila niya ako palabas kaya hindi na ako nag-karoon ng chance to complain.

Habang papunta kami sa tambayan nila, may bigla na lang siyang itinanong sa akin and he look at me with a serious look.

Joseph:" why are you avoiding Kyle?"

Me:" wala. Ayoko lang talagang ma kita siya...", I look at him and his look was a poker face. "What?", tanong ko.

"seriously Hope!? come on tell me the truth, bakit mo nga iniiwasan siya?",serious niyang tanong.

I just look at me and didn't answer. 

"do you like him...", tanong niya.

"NO!",defensive kong sagot. "What you may think that I like him?"

"Come on Hopie...maybe you can fool other people but not me...",sabi niya.

"Can we not talk about it,please!?", sagot ko.

Joseph:" fine, but just one thing Hope".

Me:" what?"

Joseph:" you can't avoid him all the time".

Me:" i know..."

Pag-karating namin sa canteen, pumunta kami sa tambayan nila.

Kyle:" Hope, kanina pa kitang hinahanap, where have you been?".

Me:" ha? Ah, wala may inasikaso lang. Bakit mo nga pala ako hinahanap?".
