Roxy's P.O.V

I woke up to someone banging pots in my ear and I knew it was Taylor. I stirred a bit trying to get back to sleep but I failed cause he continued banging the pots together. I check the time on my phone it was 6:02 I took a pillow and threw it at him. "Taylor I said don't wake me up at six or else I'm gonna make your day I living hell" I spat at him. That's why I didn't wake you up at 6:00 it's now 6:02 so I'm technically still in the correct time frame." "Taylor I'm giving you a 10 second head start", I said while sitting up in my bed. It took him about 5seconds to realise what I meant. He ran out my room and down the stairs and I followed. He hid behind the couch in the lounge but I saw him so that was a fail. I ran up behind him and tackled him while pinning him to the ground. "okay, okay I'm sorry" he said while laugh. I let my guard down for like 5seconds so he flipped the whole positioning so that he was on top of me. I couldn't help but laugh. He kissed me an the cheek as got off me. He picked me up took me upstairs and put me back into my bed. "my lady, your breakfast will be here soon" he said in a British accent. He came upstairs holding a tray that had a plate of pancakes, a glass of mango juice, a single white rose and a note. I began by reading the note.

It read.

Roses aren't always red,

Violets are always blue,

But guess what,

I've become a fool for you.❤️

Ps:I was wondering if I could take you out on that date tonight?

I smiled as a read the note, I nodded as I jumped up and gave Taylor a peck on the lips.

"you literally just made my day, even though it's like 6, but yea" Taylor said. "oh yea, if you don't mind can you like dress up for tonight" he said while rubbing the back of his neck. "I will most definitely do" I said as I hugged him. "okay, so i'll pick you up at like 6?" He asked me "yea,that works for me" I said "okay so I'll be yours tomorrow and make it up to you for waking you up" I said as he looked at me. i nodded not knowing what to say.

Taylor left the house and went to do what ever Taylor does, so that gives me the day to go shopping for a dress.

I came across a small dress shop and decided to go in there. There were so many nice dresses that I couldn't even choose. I finally decided on the mint green dress which reached the lower part of my thigh and I decided to get a pair of black heels to match the dress.

I spent majority of my day trying to look for a dress, but in the end it was all worth it.

I went home and decided to go and get ready. It was around 16:15 so I have myself an hour and a half to get ready. I took a long shower, I washed my hair. After blow drying it, I decided to leave it with the natural curls, but use a gold bow to pin my fringe up. I did my make up, which was a smoky eye, with some mascara wasn't sure about what colour lipstick so i'll decide later. I wore the dress and the heels. As I looked in the mirror I decided a red lipstick would look nice. I wore a pair of gold studs, and a simple gold locket.

Once I was done I looked at the final product in the mirror and I was happy. I went downstairs just to grab a glass of water when I heard a knock on the door. As I opened it up, there stood the hottest/ most handsome guy ever. I was at a loss for words.

Taylor's P.O.V

I was taking Roxy out on a date, but I didn't wanna do the typical movie and dinner thing, so I decided lemme go all out to make her feel special. I wore a black suit with a red skinny tie and my black vans. I know it might look off, but I don't like formal shoes they are uncomfortable. It was 17:57 when I decided to leave the house and go and get Roxy. After I knocked she opened the door, she looked amazing. "Wow, beautiful look you" I said, and she laughed. Oh nice going Taylor. "I meant to say you look beautiful" "thank you, I love the shoes by the way" I said while giggling. I held my arm out so she could hook in her arm, which she did. We walked over to the car and I opened up the door for her. "Thank you" she said sweetly. I ran over to my side and got in. As we were driving she asked me where we were going and I told her it's a surprise. We arrived at the mall, she thought we were eating at one of the restaurants but she was wrong. I covered her eyes as I lead her through the mall, she had her around my waist so she wouldn't fall. I took her to the roof top, cause this is were I first developed feelings for her. As we got to the roof top I uncovered her eye "you can look now" I said

Roxy's P.O.V

As we got to the roof top I saw a table for two with twinkly lights everywhere. There was a path of roses leading over to the table. We walked down the path hand in hand. We got there and some guy who looked about our age came and poured up each a glass of sparkling juice. He left and Taylor and I talked for a while, then he came around with out food. Steak with a bunch of other sides. It was amazing. As the night was drawing to an end Taylor played a slow the way you look tonight by Micheal Bublé. I didn't know Taylor even knew who Micheal Bublé was. Taylor walked to my side of the table and asked me for a dance. I accepted, he put his arms around my waist as I put my arms around his neck and rest my head on his shoulders. It was perfect I wanted this moment to last forever. When the song ended, Taylor and I walked to our table so to finish of our drinks.

We left after finishing our drinks. On our way home I kept on replaying the date in my head.

"Taylor, thank you so much for an amazing night, like you have no idea how much it means to me." I said. He took my hand and bought it up to his mouth a kissed it. "it's a pleasure, cause you worth more than this." he said. We eventually arrived at Naya's place Taylor jumped out the car to come and open my door for me. He looked kinda nervous for some reason.

As we got to the door Taylor seemed very pale "are you okay?" I asked while putting my hand up to his cheek. "of course I am, why wouldn't I be" he said while giving me a fake laugh. okay something is up and if he doesn't wanna tell me I'm not gonna force him. We said goodbye to each other, and just as I opened the door I felt Taylor stop me.

Taylor's P.O.V

We said our goodbye and just as she opened the door I stopped her. It's now or never I thought to myself. "Roxy, ummmm well I was wondering if you would be my girlfriend?" barely audible... Oh no what have I just done.
