In our time, you can find almost anything online. From how to bake a cake, to how to draw a bunny, to what is the square root of 5. The internet has everything, it knows everything, it knows everyone, it is the best tool and the worst weapon in all existence. It can be used for projects at school, or it can be used to torment others. How do you use it, for good, or for evil?
People try to abuse the internet like posting inappropriate pics on Instagram to online bullying someone on Facebook (Yeah Ik Facebook is mainly used by adults, but I needed something other than Instagram). I know I might just be calling the Internet stupid right now but look at ourselves we use it all the time!
I have a friend that abuses the internet. They would send nudes to people they didn't know that well. In the end, they got hurt. Bad. They got called a slut, a whore. They were bullied, harassed. It got so bad, that they tried to take their own life. Now, so of you might say it was the person's fault for doing what they did, and in some ways, I can agree. But, people didn't need to expose what she did. They didn't need to be so rude about what she did.
We teach kids that this stuff is okay by having advertisements that show off half-naked women, and our movies and TV shows are full of sex. Kids see this stuff growing up, and they don't see it as wrong. People will do it, and then they hear someone else did it, and would say it was wrong, and tell the other person what they did was horrible, even though they do it too.
