They could hear sounds of fighting but didn't know where it was coming from.

"I'm scared," Sally said.

"It's OK Sally," Elisabeth said holding her in her arms. "It will be all be OK."

Then they heard a new sound. Like footsteps, but much louder. It got closer, and they could even feel the ground below them move.

"What is it?" Sally said with fear in her voice.

"I don't know," Elizabeth said. "Just stay calm."

It got louder. They started to here breathing too. Then they could see an eye looking at them through the window of the cell door.

"IT'S A MONSTER!" Sally yelled in fear. "IT'S GOING TO EAT US!"

Then it began to hit the door. After a few hits the door began to bend, and then fall to the floor.

The dragon looked at them as if wanting them to come out.

"Are you here to save us?" Elizabeth asked. "You don't look like you want to harm us."

Start Streak just looked at them, and then walked away. Elisabeth and Sally walled out of the cell and could see Star Streak waiting for them at the end of a hall.

"Let's go," Elisabeth said and grabbed Sally's hand. "We're getting out of here."

With that, they followed Star Streak down the hall, and towards the sounds of the fighting.

Alex was fighting as best he could, but there were so many of them. Once he didn't see the man with a sword coming up behind him, but luckily for him, Mark got to him before he could strike him.

"HEADS UP!" Jim yelled.

Before the man he yelled to could react a girl came up and stabbed him in the gut. He fell to the ground with a thud and lay there lifeless. One of the countless fatalities on both sides. Nonetheless, they kept fighting.

"ALEX!" A female voice called.

When he looked he couldn't believe what he saw.

"Elizabeth!" Alex yelled. "Where is Sally?"

"She is safe!" Elizabeth said back while fighting someone with a sword. "I am here to fight!"

Alex knew the once Elizabeth made up her mind nothing could Chang it, so he did nothing but nod.

The fighting went on, and for a time it looked like they would win. Then more of the Dark Lord's men came. Nobody knew who would win this fight.

"You are not my brother!" Zanara said with both anger and sadness. "You may have been once, but all you are to me now is a lowlife scoundrel!"

"Is that how you both see me now?" The Dark Lord asked. "You know, I thought we could work together! The three of us ruling the world! That's how it was meant to be!"

"You know that time has long past," Allen said. "We are fine with  it Jamison, so why can't you be?"

"It was our right!" Jamison yelled. "It was so posted to be us! Our family, but they took it away!"

"That was over a hundred years ago!" Zanara yelled. "It doesn't matter anymore! Just get over it!"

They looked at each other for a few moments. They could hear the fighting going on below them, and for a brief moment, it looked as if Jamison was thinking about why he was doing this. Then he took a breath and straightened himself.

"Fine," Jamison said. "You won't join me. It's too bad you won't live to rule the word with me."

Then he lunged forward and took a swing at Allen luckily he blocks it with his own sword. Zanara drew her sword and began to fight him as well.

"I didn't want to kill you!" Jamison said. "But now you two leave me no choice."

"As if you could!" Zanara yelled at him. "You may have taken most of my magic, but I can still fight!"

"You won't win this time!" Allen said. "What happened to you?"
