I've been sitting, sobbing for minutes now. I hold my eyes closed and stand up.
I shake my head, my hair falling from the bun on my head. My hair is shaved on both sides, leaving a short curly amount of hair in the middle.
As I look at my reflection in the mirror, I take notice seeing all my small imperfections.
Promptly, I shake my head, removing those thoughts from my head, and instead look at the clock on the wall. I squint my eyes, realizing it is forty minutes before we were supposed to leave.
I quickly grab a bag and pack it with simple toiletries, some pieces of clothing, my three chest binders, and my stuffed bear that my foster family had given to me when they adopted me.
I hurriedly run to the bathroom, take a quick shower and get out of there before anyone could talk to me.
Then I run to my room and grab the bag I had packed before, before sheathing my sword onto my belt.
After I looked in the mirror one more time, I run to the front of the castle, where we were to meet.

When I arrive, I see Vic, holding only a single bag with a sword sticking out of it.
She dressed more feminine today, wearing a simple necklace and soft eyeshadow, but keeping on the prince's coat and slacks.
He notices me and smiles fondly like I was a friend. No, I am only his knight nothing else.
She skipped over to me and gave me a tight hug. I went ridged at the touch. She pulled back and frowned. She then shrugged her shoulders and realized me, saying, "Good morning, Knighty! You look tired. Care to catch me up on you knightly life?"
I tense, thinking of my dream from the night before.
"I-I just said my goodbyes yesterday, and I-I-I was really excited for today so I didn't sleep well."
He looked concerned for a moment, then a smile replaces the previous emotion.
"Well, it'll take around five hours to arrive, you can sleep while we travel!"
Her energy brought a small smile on my face. It cheered me up a small amount, but not nearly enough to bring out of the mindset the nightmare put me in.
I see the king come out of the castle. I remember my dream once again and become stiff.
He walks over to Vic and gives her a hug before announcing, "Alright. You are all ready to leave. Let's go."
He waves his hand and an object that looks similar to a carriage appears. It is very long, black, and has wheels on the bottom corners.
Vic and I both walk around and look at this strange object and look back to his father, confused.
He laughs a loud belly laugh and answers to out confused faces, "This is what the people on Earth call a limousine. It is a larger version of what they call a car. It is like a carriage, but it runs on electricity. These are very popular on Earth. There is a mirage of a driver in the front seat to make humans believe someone is driving. It works like a real car, but it will never run down or out of gas. There are food and drinks in the back for you two."
"When you arrive, it will be at an apartment, which is like a small house above the ground with people living below you. You will live in the penthouse on the top. It is already paid for and there will be twenty thousand dollars for you both to furnish it. Every week, you will be given another hundred. You will begin having human schooling in two months. You will be checked on once every two weeks. Stay safe, children."
I appreciated the information but didn't appreciate being called a child. Vic didn't mind, I noticed.
She ran up to her father and kissed him on the cheek and gave him a hug. He snickered and gave him a hug back.
They released and the king walked over and placed his hand on my shoulder, a sign of care.
He said to me, "Sire, take care of my daughter."
At this, Vic notably winced, before walking straight into the limo.
I silently and to my king and he releases his grip on my shoulder, bidding us adieu.
I enter the limo and Vic looks at me and smiles, making my heart jump.
This will be an adventure, only fit for a Princess and her knight.

I lost inspiration near the end of this, so sorry for the crappy ending.
The prompt of this chapter which I expanded on:
(---🐍:P.O.V Iliany------------------------------
I woke up early because I was extremely nervous but today I had no time to be nervous,I had to pack. I had packed a few essentials; a tooth brush, some clothes,my chest binders, my stuffed bear,Sir Arthur, my armor and of course my swords.
I stare at my overpacked suitcase,"I could just buy a toothbrush on earth, right?"
I throw my tooth brush across the room, and turn back to the STILL overstuffed suitcase.I think for awhile of what I don't need.
Finally I settle for only bringing two small knives, instead of all twenty-four swords. I chuck them across the room, making sure they perfectly land in their bins.)
