I stood looking in the mirror.

A floor length blush pink dress, sweetheart strapless neckline. It came in at the waste and some slight ruffle shaped flowers came across a breast, wrapping around the front of the bodice of the dress. I looked different than my usual attire. Granted, I was never one to go too formal or wear ball gowns. But Orion insisted.

It was, of course, Orion's coronation.

She whatever she said, she got. And that included me wearing a dress. Although, I wouldn't always be around her, I had to walk around and observe the people watching her coronation. We were high alert today, more than usual. I wouldn't assume that someone would attack or try to murder our Queen, but I can't always assume the safe option.

I looked once more at the mirror, pulling up my skirt of my dress. I looked underneath to see if my daggers were in the right places. Hidden into my garter belt, one attached to my ankle and the not her to my outer thigh. I adjusted them, making sure they were tight enough that they wouldn't fall off in the ceremony.

I dropped my skirt, letting it sweep down to the ground. I stared once again and then I turned on my heel to walk out of the room. I looked around, deciding whether to hide my small hand gun under my skirt as well, but I knew I was better with daggers. I knew how to throw them, use them, hide them better than a hand gun. I could point and shoot, but the hand gun seem to terrify me.

Shutting my room door, there was hassle and bustle outside my room door. Servants rushing around, various guards standing place, other wait staff carrying away chairs, food and other things. Flowers in vases, carried by two men, as they weren't small vases. Guards stood still, dress in their uniforms, ready for today's events.

I looked around and found a clock, only 30 minutes until our Princess would become our Queen.

I made my way through passages and up a flight of stairs to Orion's room. I stood outside, composing myself, ready to knock but something behind me, a shadow, caught my attention. I span around, only to notice that no one was there, nothing was standing behind me. It was like a ghost had appeared and disappeared instantly.

I let out a sigh and turned myself around, only to bump into a bulky firm body.

"Pardon me." I apologise.

"No, pardon me." It was William.

I take a step back, look him up and down. "Nice outfit." I smirk.

He does a curtesy for me. "At your service, Miss Winter." He smiles at me.

I stifle a giggle. He smiles at me and something starts to stir once again. My wolf seems to at William. It's weird, because nothing has seemed to stir her in such a way that William, standing before me in a maids outfit. I shift awkwardly, trying to shake this weird feeling stirring inside of me. But I couldn't shake it.

Out of all the men, alphas, betas, Warriors, my wolf seems to be stirring for this man. Of course she would. Of course she would prove me wrong and follow someone I am not attracted too or have any feelings towards. She was proving to be stranger by the minute. And the fact that William was eyeing me, lust filled his eyes.

"Winter!" A voice comes from the door and its Orion. "There you are, I need you now. Oh..." She comes out of her room only to see that I was standing there talking to a male. A male wolf in a maids outfit. "Oh goddess." She laughed. "Was this you're handy work, Winnie?"

I nodded. "Can you give us a moment, please?"

"Please take care of her, cousin." Orion nodded at William.

Orion giggled, noticing this weird thing happening between us. She turned and shut the door behind her. Leaving William and I, standing in the hallway. I was nervous, my wolf was pacing back and forth.
