Chapter 3

It was about 10pm when I walked to the garden, humming the tune to Just a Dream by Nelly. I wore a pink buttoned up long sleeved shirt with a white skirt that went to my knees. There wasn't school tonight so I wanted to check out the rose garden. The garden was beautiful with red, white even rare pink and blue roses. I was admiring the roses when I heard a twig snap in the woods. I looked in the general direction and didn't see anything. I brushed it off and went back to looking at the roses. I suddenly was grabbed and a hand was over my mouth. I tried to get free but the more I thrashed the tighter the grip got. "Quit squirming!" A deep voice said. It's wasn't any of the brothers. I see 2 other people step out of the woods. It looked like they had ears and a tail. "Well, well. Look who we have here. One of the offerings I believe." A man said with a raspy tone. The raspy voiced man came closer to me and licked my cheek. I squealed. "Don't make a peep. We might as well enjoy the festivities a little early." The man in a deep voice said. They started ripping my clothes off. No, get off me. I thought. Without thinking, I bit the man holding me. "Ahhhh!" He winced in pain. "SHU-!" I shouted before having my mouth recovered. The deep voiced man hissed in anger. "Why you bitch! We'll have to teach you a lesson." He said then he slapped me hard. I heard one of them chuckle. I was scared. I didn't want this. One of the other men grabbed my breasts and started playing with them. Please stop. I started tearing up. The man's hands went under my skirt and grabbed my butt. I tried to kick him but I missed. I closed my eyes hoping that they'll just leave me alone. Shu....where are you? "I think you're trespassing on our land." I hear Shu's voice say. I sighed in relief amd opened my eyes. "Release her and we won't have a problem." Shu said. I heard the 3 men laughing. "Or you'll do what? Kill us?" The deep voiced man said. Shu's face went from unreadable to pissed off. "I'll make you die a thousand deaths for intruding on our property and for defiling a guest." Shu said, angrily. I was suddenly thrown to the ground, splitting my right knee open. "Fine. We'll finish this in two days." The raspy man said, smirking. I ran to Shu and hid behind him. The men looked at me, still with lust in their eyes. "He won't be there next time sweet cheeks." The raspy voiced man said. I held onto Shu tightly. The men then turned and left. As soon as they were out of sight, Shu took off his jacket and put it on me. I blushed from both embarrassment and from the kindness shown to me. Shu then picked me up, bridal style, and took me into the house and into my room. Shu gently placed me on the bed and sighed. "T-Thank you, Shu. For saving me from those men." I said, blushing. Shu smiled softly. "No problem, Little dove." He said, leaving my room. I watched him leave before laying down on the bed smiling a bit before curling up in a ball. He saved me for the third time. I changed my clothes to a green thin sweater and a pair of blue jeans. I started thinking about what happened and how Shu saved me again but from something truly scary this time. I couldn't help but feel bad that he always has to stop something from happening to me. But at the same time he is always there for me. If I don't know any better I'd say that he's in love with me. WAIT!! What am I saying? His only making sure I stay untouched by anyone until the full moon......Right?

(Shu's POV)

This is the third time I've gotten her out of terrible. A part of me is annoyed that she has to be saved all the time but the other part wants to protect her from anything. She scent is so intoxicating. It's so sweet like a rose. I bet her blood tastes incredible. No! Stop it. She has to go with the werewolves in two days. Maybe they'll let her stay with us. NO! She has to go with them. That was our agreement. I don't know why I feel this way.

(Your POV)

Shu's been on my mind a lot lately. He's so kind to save me, but at the same time I feel like I'm a burden to him. Having to rely on him all the time. Reiji suddenly opened my door. "H-Hello Reiji." I whispered. "Good evening. There's a meeting in the living room. Your presence is requested." Reiji said, adjusting his glasses. I nodded and he left. I got up and walked to the living room where everyone was. Shu was telling them about what happened. "THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!" Surbaru shouted, punching the wall again. I sat down on the floor, next to Shu, putting my knees to my chest. "They should've stayed to their side of the deal!" Ayoto yelled. "We can not allow this to go unnoticed. Can't we talk to Haru?" Yui asked. "It's not that simple. Haru is unlikely to even show up, let alone speak to us." Reiji said. "He hates you guys that much?" The Red-headed girl asked. "Just Laito actually. He bit one of they're daughters and drank her blood thinking the daughter was a human." Surbaru said, arms crossed. I looked over at Laito. "She DID taste good. Hmmm. If only I'd killed her when I had the chance." Laito said with a demented smile plastered on his face. I shivered at how twisted he sounded. "If you had done that there would've been a war. Father wouldn't have liked you starting something he would've had to stop." Reiji said, sighing. I looked at Shu. "Plus it's bad for business. Starting a war with wolves only makes others ask questions." Shu said. What kind of questions? "Who doesn't like 2 powerful houses in a rivalry." Latio asked. "You know why Latio." Reiji said sternly. 

~The next night~

Tomorrow night we get offered to the werewolves. Honestly I wanted to stay here with Shu but I'm just a human girl that can't offer him anything but my blood. Besides I was nothing to him. Just a blood bag. I sighed sadly. I haven't left the mansion since last night. I didn't want to get meet up with those men again. I still felt like a burden to Shu and his brothers. Someone either wanted my blood or want my body. I was going into my room when I was suddenly grabbed. I was turned and saw Kanato, still holding his teddy bear, smiling. He then sniffed my neck. "You smell so delicious. Can I have a taste?" He asked. "N-no. Y-you know the rules" I whispered. He ignored me and licked my neck. Shivers ran up my spine and I winced at his touch. As he went to bite me, I hear someone clear their throat. I look over and see Reiji. "Kanato. You know your not allowed to drink our guests. Why don't you leave the poor girl alone?" Reiji asked. "But she smells so good Reiji. Don't you want a taste as well?" Kanato asked. Kanato released me. "No I don't. Apparently you need to relearn your manners." Reiji said, pushing up his glasses. I was suddenly grabbed by someone else. I look over avd saw that it was Shu. I looked into his blue eyes to say thank you. Shu led me to my room and opened the door for me.

(Shu's POV)

I've made my decision. I can't stand my brothers trying to drink (y/n)'s blood all the time. It infuriates me. Plus I don't want the werewolves to dirty her sweet scent. I want her all to myself.

(Your POV)

I expected Shu to shut the door behind me and leave but he entered my room before shutting the door. "S-Shu? What are-" I was interested by Shu pushing me onto the bed. "Don't talk. Too loud." Shu said. I shut my mouth and looked into his eyes. Shu was a handsome man. He pinned me to the bed so I couldn't move. Part of me wanted to push him off me but the rest of me wanted this to happen. Shu suddenly kissed me. His skin was cold like ice yet warm at the same time. I closed my eyes, taking in the new sensation. Shu parted from my lips. My (e/c) eyes begged him to continue. "W-why are you doing this?" I whispered. Shu half smiled. "I don't want anyone but me to touch you." Shu said. I was shocked. I didn't know he felt that way about me. My heartbeat increased. Shu unbuttoned my shirt halfway exposing my black laced bra. I blushed and turned my face away from him. Shu gently grabbed my cheeks and made me look at him. I could see the lust in his eyes. Shu licked my neck before kissing it. I quietly moaned at his actions. Shu again licked my neck before sinking his fangs into my neck. I gasped in pain. Shu stopped for a moment. He's blue eyes looked amazed. "Your blood is the sweetest thing I've ever tasted." Shu said. He started kissing me on the neck and slowly making his way down like he was marking me as his. He then went back to sucking my blood. I could hear every gulp he made. I slowly wrapped my arms around him. After a bit Shu stopped and whipped the blood from his mouth. "I want you to promise me that no one but me will suck your blood." Shu demanded. I nodded. "No. I want you to say it. "I-I won't let anyone else drink my blood." I said, softly. Shu smiled when wrapped me up in his strong arms and fell asleep.
