Is It Really Over?

Chris sat on his chair where he was waiting for his husband as he thought about how one year ago the police showed up at their door and took him. He still didn′t know what happened or what he did. After he talked with his husband he walked to his friend Guy as he was waiting by the car. When Guy saw how sad Chris looked he gave him a hug.

"Just a few more months.", Guy said while rubbing his back. "You can do it, I promise you."

"Yeah, but it′s so hard with the kids and all that. They miss him so much. I miss him too . And not knowing what happened makes it all even harder. He won't even talk with me about it and always gets angry when I try to talk with him about it."Chris said as he started to cry thinking about how he gets when that happens.

"I′m so sorry your family has to go through this. I will always be there for you if you need anything or just need to talk."Guy said, hugging Chris again. "Please don′t cry. I hate seeing you so sad.."he whispered as he hold him tightly and kissed him on his forehead .

"Thank you for always being there . It means so much to me. "

Then later when Chris was alone again he thought about the moment when he opened the door to see 3 policemen standing there and asking for his husband. How scared Jonny looked but still told him that ′everything is going to be alright′ and that he shouldn't worry as the policemen took him away from Chris and their kids.

Then it was time to get the kids home from kindergarten. When they were home again Guy started to cook something for everyone. Chris was really so happy that Guy was helping so much and it made everything just so much easier. He had been sleeping there for a few weeks now too.

Every night when the kids were asleep they talked about everything and then they started to get tired.

Guy walked with Chris to his room and kissed cheek and whispered "Goodnight." into his ear.

Then he pulled back and they looked into each other eyes .

First Chris wanted to kiss him on the cheek too but now he could only think about kissing him on the mouth.

They still looked deeply into each others eyes as they started to slowly get even closer and then they kissed. It was really short but they both felt so much.

Chris started to feel bad because he′s still married and this is cheating but he couldn't say that the kiss didn′t feel good.
