Chapter 3

Nash and I decided that we should go to the beach because it was going to be around 90 today. We invited the rest of the guys to go so we could all hang out. We decided that we would meet up at the beach in about 15 mins. That left me a little time to pick out the bathing suit I wanted to wear. I ran over to my closet and pulled out three. I let Adaija borrow one of mine because we were short on time. I picked a light green bikini because it complimented my eyes, she picked my hot pink bikini because her fave color was pink. I already knew she would pick that one.

Once we were both ready we ran down the stairs to start our walk to the beach. It shouldn't take that long, I only live about 5 minutes away. On our walk I ask Adaija what's happening between her and Hayes " nothing much, I think he likes me but I'm not sure. He could just be being nice. " she says and sighs. " Adaija, I highly doubt he doesn't like you! Have you seen the way he looks at you?!? " as I say that we approach the beach wall. I see Nash and Hayes standing there waiting for us. The rest of the boys are down by the water.

I meet up with Nash, and Adaija and hayes take a walk along the beach. I think it's a good idea to tan today. I lay down my towel take off my shirt and my shorts and sit down. I felt eyes on me but I didn't care. " are you going to go swimming? " I hear Nash ask. I smile " yeah in a little bit." He takes off his shirt and I just stare. How can you not he's just so attractive. I think he noticed me staring because a smirk came across his face. I turned quickly to look the other way. " fine " he yelled as he ran down to the water with the rest of the guys.

Adaija and Hayes came back from there walk along the beach and she sat down next to me while hayes went for a swim. " so what did you guys talk about? " she sighed " same as usual, I wanted to tell him I liked him but I just couldn't. What if he thought I was crazy and stops talking to me? " I just gave her a look telling her she's being dramatic. Nash and hayes walked up to us and asked us if we would go in the water now. I figured it's about that time, " sure. " he offered me his hand and I gladly take it. Me and Adaija walked down to the water and stood there with the waves crashing onto our feet.

Nash ran by both me and Adaija and jumped into the water. I didn't really want to go all the way into the water because it was cold, but Adaija said she would if I did. We went a little deeper and just swam around for a few not paying any attention to the boys until they came up to us and asked if we wanted to go get food. Of course we said yes and started to pack up. We dried off, put our clothes on and started to walk to a pizza place that was just across the street from the beach.

We got to the pizza place and ordered about 5 pizzas because the guys were hungry. Me and Adaija went and sat down at a table and Nash sat next to me. Hayes sat next to her and they were talking. I'm not sure what they said because they were whispering. After a few mins Adaija leans over and tells me he asked her out for ice cream after we finish the pizza.

After we finish our pizza hayes and Adaija walk out of the pizza place and down the street for an ice cream. Me and Nash decide to walk back down to the beach and just talk for a little while we wait for hayes and Adaija to get back. We get down to the beach and it's sunset. We walk along near the water and I ask " so when are you guys leaving? " I was just curious because I kind of like him a lot and I'll be crushed when he leaves. " actually we aren't leaving for a while. " I'm confused at this point. " what do you mean? " he turns to me and says " well this was kinda our last time doing magcon... " i was shocked but excited. I got to go to magcon before it ended but it's still sad, but on the bright side I still get to hang out with all of the boys and especially Nash.

Hayes and Adaija walk back to the beach holding hands. I guess they both liked each other. When they get back it's dark out so I think it's best we go home " Nash I think me and Adaija should get home now. " he looks a little sad but it's dark out. " okay. " he says with a smile. Me and Adaija start to head towards my place when we hear Nash yell " Aryah wait up. " I turn to look and he was already right behind me. " I was wandering if maybe you would want to go out with me? Like on a date. " I feel my cheeks turn red and I nod my head. " text me when you get home ok? " I can't stop smiling, I can't believe this just happened. Did Nash Grier really just ask me out?!? This never happens to normal girls like me... " okay. "

When I get home my mom tells me to sit down because she has some news. " what's up mom? " she sighs . " well there was a fire at your school today. " I feel myself go pale white, my mom can tell because she comes and sits next to me on the couch. " what do I do now?! " I don't want to go to another school. I really liked my teachers at my school. " well, you can go to online school? " I thought about that for a moment. " yeah! I actually think that will be great! " it hit me. I will now have more time to hang out with Nash because he goes to an online school too. I run upstairs to my room and call Adaija. Her mom had decided to enroll her in online school too!

I filled Adaija in on everything that's going on with magcon and stuff and she gets excited when she realizes she can hang out with hayes. " oh shit! " I forgot to text Nash when I got home. " hey Nash, I'm home... But I'm beat I'm going to sleep okay? Goodnight " I sent the text and hung up with Adaija. I went to the bathroom and got ready for bed. As I was in the shower, I thought about what was possibly going to happen with Nash and I. Were we going to be a couple? I wasn't sure but I think he likes me. It's kind of hard to tell with him. Usually I can just look into someone's eyes and tell what they are thinking, but with him, it's different. When I look into his eyes, all I see is blue. This irritates me so much. I get out of the shower and check my phone. I have a message from Nash " good night gorgeous. " with that said, I can't keep the smile off my face and I go to sleep.
