THE LOSERS CLUB ENTERED INTO BEN'S BEDROOM, none of them entirely prepared for what may befall their eyes when they did.

Every muscle in Amelia's body was tight as she plodded across the wood floor of his bedroom with her hands tightly cinched around her backpack straps. Her eyes drifted uneasily over the numerous photographs and dated articles plastered across his walls. Not even a single poster, she mused while striding up to one of them.

"This, uh, is cool, right?" Ben inquired in a mumble as he settled by her side, watching while she roamed her fingers over the various photographs.

"More obsessive than cool," Amelia retorted, just as soft with a minimal shake of her head. Her palm then angled down on a sheet of paper that had drawn her curiosity, "Now...what is this?"

"It's, erm, you see, the charter for the establishment of Derry, actually," he told in return, poorly suppressing his astonishment from the fact she was engrossed in it, "It's interesting - fortunate to find it in the library."

"Wow, you're even more of a nerd than Eddie and Lia combined," Richie quipped abruptly from behind, obnoxiously embedding himself between them with a shove, "And that's more than extreme."

Amelia rolled her eyes and motioned for Ben to proceed whilst disregarding Richie's sly remarks.

"This town began as a Beaver Training Camp, you know," Ben muttered and indicated at the sheet suspended a few inches above them. "Not m-"

" Started as 'a Beaver Training Camp'? Good news - it continues to be one!" Richie chuckled loudly as he stretched an arm around Amelia's front to high-five Eddie, who stood close at her side.

The boy hastily shoved his arm away with an expression knotted up in distaste, "Shut it for once."

As Richie lowered his arm back to his side, Ben proceeded quietly on, "Um, t-that exact winter, all members of the training camp disappeared with no trail in their wake. Everyone was puzzled."

Amelia felt Eddie stiffen significantly against her arm and he sputtered out in question, "All the members? How?" Ben dolefully gave a nod to the boy in response, who cast an uneasy look down at Amelia with a gulp.

"You know - rumors of a Native American ambush swept over Derry," Ben explained and minimally shrugged, "No destruction was discovered and authorities determined it to be an epidemic."

Amelia's face even felt tight as she hesitantly pitched a look further up the photographs, settling on a dated drawing of a court-room. With furrowed eyebrows, she squinted up at it for additional clarity; it was a gathering of disputing men firmly together in the room despite its size. And as their faces became clear, she found something prowling behind few of the lunging men with a malevolent smirk was drawn up on their evidently painted face.
