I found the courage to follow him down without knowing what to expect. It was endlessly dark until we came across a dim light in the distance. I squinted at it, trying to make out what it was. I tightened my grip on his hand, feeling anxious.
"Where are you taking me?" I asked, keeping my firm grip. I felt him look down at me. "This," he presented,
"is where It lives." I looked up at him and saw that he was smiling down at me creepily. I felt uneasy about this place.

When we reached the center, my jaw dropped in shock. Bodies of children floated, ascending towards the light that reached the top. I gazed up and felt my legs go numb and my blood turn cold.
"Are these the missing kids?" I asked with a quivering voice. "Is this real enough for you?" He giggled. I pulled my arm away from him and quickly turned to face him.
"You're evil!" I exclaimed, feeling my face heat up with fury. He flinched back at my words and a smile crept on his face. "Dear. You can't expect me to be nice." His teeth appeared sharp in rows. My eyes widened and I backed away from him. "You're not real. You're not real," I tried convincing myself, keeping my eyes on him.
His eyes were gold and the white paint on his face cracked the more he frowned angrily. "I'm not real? You don't think I'm real!?" He stepped towards me.
"Go away!" I shut my eyes and tugged on my hair. "I'm not your friend!" I shouted to the point that I couldn't recognize my own voice.

I opened my eyes and saw that I was back in my house.
Alone.

I jumped when I heard the doorbell ring. I never have visitors.
I quickly made my way towards the door and swung it open to expect Pennywise, but instead saw the man who was in my bathroom with me. My heart raced and I suddenly felt insecure with myself because I probably looked like a mess from all the stress and roaming around the sewers.

"What do you want?" I said rudely. I didn't mean to come out ignorant, but I couldn't get over what was happening to me.
I was going insane.

"I wanted to know how you were doing," he spoke. I was taken aback on his words. "Why do you care?" I questioned. "You made a very stupid decision the other night," he leaned on the doorway. "Excuse me?" I made a face of disgust. "Let me inside, I'll explain every-" "No," I closed the door, but was stopped when his foot interfered.
"I don't like being ignored," he looked down at me. "Give me another chance," His eyes started to glow a golden color.

Short, but it gets the sewers scene out of the way. I'll try to make the next chapter longer with more detail.
