"Wake up . Come on . (Y/N) ah ."

Someone called out causing You to stir from your deep sleep . You slowly opened your eyes , squinting as the windows and curtains were open causing sunlight to shine into the room . Your white floral curtain swayed side to side as a gush of wind blew into your room .

Turning your head you saw Ji Hoon standing beside your bed . He slightly bend down and smiled at you showing his cute facial expressions as he ruffled your hair .

"Come on I'm bringing you out ." He said and shook you .

Nodding you crawled out of bed and went into the bathroom to wash up .

You and Ji Hoon have been dating for like 1 year and 2 months already therefore you don't care about how you look like as Ji Hoon claimed that he loves you for who you are and not what you look like .

You washed your face , tied your hair and changed your clothes within 10 minutes and exited the bathroom. * wow record time * You thought and smiled .

As you exited the bathroom you can't help but notice Ji Hoon's actions instead of sitting or bouncing around on your bed he stood completely still in your room and stared deeply into both of your photos . You approached him and lightly shook him .

"Are you ok ?" You asked and he completely jumped up when you did that .

" Yeah of course ." He said and flashed you a small smile .

He then gestured the way out of the room indicating that the both of you should get going . Smiling You exited the house but before you got into the passenger seat Ji Hoon spoke .

"(Y/N) can you drive ?" You stopped going into the car and came out looking at him .

"Yeah sure ."

Heading to the drivers seat you wondered what had happened to him as usually he said that men should drive while the lady relaxes  but today it was different .

Taking another look at him , his face was usually white and pale , his lips a dark shade of red and his eyes surrounded by dark heavy eye bags .

Shaking it off you concluded that it may be because he was tired while training.

Ji Hoon gave you directions to where both of you were going after a long drive both
of you finally arrived at the destination.

"Ji Hoon why are we at the cemetery ?" You said and looked at him curiously .

"Come . Follow me ." He said and went out of the car leading the way to a particular tombstone .

You stood infront of the stone and gave a slight laugh .

"Ji Hoon . Is this a prank cause this is not funny you know that right ?" Saying nervously you looked around but he was no longer found . Panicking you screamed his name but to no avail . He disappeared. His tombstone is here . And he is gone .

You flicked your eyes open and glanced at the unfamiliar surrounding around you . Your eyes were still stained with dried tears due to the horrible dream You got just now .

Glancing down you saw your hand attached to wires and machines and your were in a hospital gown . Frowning as to why you were here and as a patient you spotted your Brother , Ji sung lying beside your legs .

You used your legs to try and kick him but as soon as you do so a sharp pain strikes from your whole body causing you to let out a groan . Loud enough to wake Ji sung up .

"(Y/N) your awake ." He said and hold your hand as his eyes grew bigger every second .

"Where's Ji Hoon . Oh and what happened why am I in the hospital " You said excitedly and curiously . Excited to prove your dream wrong that such a horrible thing would not happen to Ji Hoon and curious as to why in the world are you even here .

"(Y/N) - ah . You and Ji Hoon got into a horrible accident two days ago . Ji Hoon ... He ," You watched Ji sung curiously your ears aching to listen more as to what happened to Ji Hoon . "Ji Hoon survived for only a day . He spent his day in your ward . No one could even persuade him to leave this room . He sat there staring at you the whole day ." Ji sung said as his eyes trailed to the spot on the other side of the bed .

As you ran your hands over the spot Ji Hoon sat beside you , you felt a slight crease of a paper under the bed sheets . Pulling it out you realised it was a letter written from Ji Hoon to you .

[ (Y/N) !! By this time that you Have read this letter there may only be two possibilities either I'm no longer around or I'm sitting beside you . Anyways that is not the main point about this letter to you . I'm writing to apologise what you had to go through because of me . I'm sorry I begged you to go out that day just to have some fresh air and have some fun outside . I'm sorry that I insisted we do that instead of cuddling and lazing at home . Thinking about it cuddling and lazing with you was a way better option . The car accident. It was horrible . I tried to protect you with all my might but seems like you still got injured . My heart ached and hurt as I see you in my arms bleeding as I screamed for people to call the ambulance . My heart ached when I am the one awake but you are injured and in a coma , asleep infront of me . I hated myself even more knowing that this was all part of my fault and I wish that you could forgive me . I'm sorry . Sorry and sorry again . I hope that you will be happy and cherish life with all your heart . I know that one day you may fall for another guy but don't worry I will support you !! I love you (Y/N) always and always !! I'll save you in my heart 💗💗 .

As you finish reading the story your heart ached and ached as your head pounded every time your heart pumped blood to the rest of the body .

"Yah . Ji Hoon told me to take good care of you so please don't be like this ." Ji sung said as he hugged you tightly .

*Don't worry Ji Hoon . I'll live life to the fullest with you always in my mind . With every step I take make sure you look after me . I love you Ji Hoon to the moon and back . *
