I started walking down the dark, cold hallway. It was really dark so I had to use the light to see but I also had to save heat because if I didn't I would be in big trouble. As I was walking I noticed a door that had a lock on it and as I got closer I noticed the lock was broke, so I got the lock off and pulled the door open. I pulled it open and something fell on me, "Ow, what the-?" I said before putting the light to whatever fell on me. As soon as the light shown what was on me I screamed, "IT'S A BODY!!!!" I pushed it off of me and scooted back till my back was on the cold wall.
I was shocked, why was there a body here and why didn't anyone move it before they abandoned it. I started to get up and closer to the body to see who it was. I put the light to his face and he looked like a young boy, my age maybe older. As I looked closer I noticed that he had the same uniform as me,"Does that mean he's from my school, I haven't seen him around before, wait, IS HE BREATHING!!!" I said confused and worried. I could have sworn he was breathing, I felt his chest and he was, I took off my jacket and put on him, now I really had to get out.
"Don't worry I'll find a way out of here," I said setting him up on the wall. I got up and walked away, I looked behind me before I turning the corner and leaving him alone. It was a lot colder without my jacket, but I think he needs it more than me right now. As I was walking I still had no sign of any exit, it was a little worrying, but I still needed to stay positive, somehow."At least this was the time to be with my thought and be alone for once," I said to myself.
*LEXI WHERE WERE YOU IT'S BEEN LIKE A MONTH SINCE THE LAST CHAPTER* I know I know and I'm super sorry about that but here it is and I will plan to make a new chapter sooner but anyway I want to say I am very thankful that all of you read my stories and hopefully enjoy them. And I also have been getting a lot of love from everyone because on the 7th of October was my birthday and I've been celebrating so thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the reads and for all the birthday wishes from everyone.
