when the car was about to hit jimin with his eyes closed, he heard someone calling his name. after that, he felt like he was pushed.

jimin opened his eyes to see people crowding the car, and a person lying on the ground.

the people, including jimin, were shocked at what they were seeing. there was areum, lying on the cold ground, that was filled with blood.

jimin then quickly ran and went to hold areum. he held her with his hands shaking and his face filled with tears.

"mister, don't worry, i just called 911." a stranger told jimin. "t-thank you." jimin looked at the person and thanked him.

he looked at areum and said, "a-areum, don't w-worry, everything is g-going to be o-okay."

at the hospital, there was jimin sitting on the chair, waiting for the results. he was worried about areum, especially since she's the person he loves so much.

"jimin!" he looked at the direction of the people that were calling him. it was the boys, running to him.

"we heard about what happened, are you okay?" jin asked. do i look okay?, jimin thought. he just nodded so his friends wouldn't worry about him.

after one hour, they just talked about random things. but jimin was just sitting there, thinking about what just happened.

while thinking, jimin just stared at the room where areum's body was. while looking at the room, the doctor went out and walked closer to jimin and his friends.

he quickly wiped his tears, stood up from his seat and looked at the doctor. "is areum okay? is she alive?" jimin asked.

but the doctor just frowned. jimin stuttered, "d-don't tell me-"

"i'm sorry, we all did our best to save her." the doctor looked at the floor and answered jimin's question.

jimin cried loudly while his friends were just there, comforting him and patting his back.

jimin finally snapped and went back to reality, and saw his own tears dropping on the floor. he quickly wiped his eyes and held the diary tightly.

he truly loves and misses areum with all his heart, even from now.

jimin held areum's diary and went out of the house to go to the nearest cafe.

while walking to the cafe, he suddenly bumped into a girl and dropped the diary on the floor.

the girl took the diary and quickly gave it back to jimin. "sorry! i'm in a hurry!" the girl apologized and walked away.

jimin's eyes followed where the girl was going. she looks like areum, he thought. he just said to himself that it was his hallucinations and shook his head. after that, he just continued on going to the cafe.

but was it really his hallucinations?
