Eddie's POV

I was on my way over to Stanley's house for a big sleep over that The Loser Club was having there. It had taken hours of convincing my mom to let me go, but finally I won in the end, problem was, because of how long it took to convince her, I was now late to his house.

I was running down the sidewalk, my backpack with clothes and other necessities on my back, while my lungs were screaming as I ran. I finally made it to Stan's house, my breathing ragged and very uneven on the brink of a an astha attack. I rang Stanle's doorbell as I pulled my bag off my back, digging for my inhaler.

Bill opened the door, looking confused then looing down to see me on my knees, looking fervently for my inhaler. "...Hey..... BIll..." I wheezed out. Billy pulled an extra inhaler from his pocket, passing it down to me. "h-h-hey Ed" He said. I gratefully took the small green cartraige, and took two puffs, my breathing slowly calming. "Thanks Billy, how come you had one of my inhalers?" I asked as I shoved my things back into my bag. "y-you left it l-last time you w-we-were at m-my hou-house." He said, offering me a hand to stand up, I took it.

"Oh, well thanks Big Bill" I said, flashing him a grin as I stepped insie, toeing my shoes off my feet. Bill closed the door and I followed him through Stan's house, up into the upstairs livingroom. "G-Guys, Ed is h-he-here." Bill said as we walked into the room. I paused, dropping my bag on the floor by the wall. A giant blanket fort was in front of me, complete with christmas lights, a lamp, two coutches, a chair, and it even looked like they had grabbed two blow up matresses.

Bill pulled the blanket door flap back, and crawled in, me following. "Hey Eddie!" Bev said as I poked my head in, a grin on her face. I smiled back and climed all the way in, shifting so I was leaning agaisnt the counch, and sitting beside Ben, and across from Bill. "hey guys, sorry I'm late" I said. I was met with a chorus of "oh it's fine!" "you're here now" and "YOU LEFT ME ALONE WITH THESE CRAZY PEOPLE FOR A WHOLE HOUR, EDDIE SPAGHETTI!". Everyone laughed at Richie's outburst, myself and Richie included.

A few hours later, two pizzas from Stanley's parents, and a movie, everyone was trying to think of something to do. "We could go to the park?" Ben offered. "It's kinda late, and rally dark out now" Bev said, tapping her chin. Everyone nodded and groaned in agreement. "How about we play a game?" Bev said, sitting forward. I shuddered at the glint in her eye. "sure, what game?" Stanley asked. "Truth or Dare?" Beverly replied, her grin growing into a playfully evil one. Everyone groaned, but then we decided to agree on that, because no one could offer anything better.

We used one of the empty Coca Cola bottles from dinner, and placed it on a book in the center of our circle in the fort. "Okay, I can start by spinning first. Also, whoever chickens out on either a Truth or a Dare, has to do 7 minutes in heaven with a person of the groups choice." Beverly said. "but youre the only girl, it'll be weird for us" Mike reasoned. The rest of us nodded fervently. Beverly groaned and ran a hand through her short red hair to get it from her face. "You are all friends, and have been forever. It'll be quick, and you don't even need to kiss if you're that uncomforatble." She said. "now hush, lets play." We all scooted a bit closer as Bev's hand reached forward, and spun the glass bottle.

We watched it go round until it landed on Richie. "Richie, truth or dare" Bev asked. "psh, It's like you guys don't even know me, dare, duh" Richie replied, scoffing, making us all laugh. "Okay, I dare you to go out into the street, with no shirt on, and rn up and down the street acting like a chicken yelling 'I am a chicken!' super loud" Bev giggled eveily. We all laughed at the dare, loking expectantly at Richie. after a short pause, he reached down and pulled his green striped shirt off, showing is thin, pale frame. "Lets do it".
