As I arrive to the digital export company, my boss tells me that we had gotten a new guy, and that he was added to my route, he would be the last house I would go to. My job consists of me riding around on my hoverboard, and plugging my tablet into their storage device, and transferring all their mail to them. The system was set up after the rebellion to prevent hidden messages from being sent online, so now they are sent through us, and are either approved or denied. If they need double checking, they are sent to my department, where, if they are approved after that, I must manually deliver the mail to the houses. If your message gets denied, you get a strike sent to your house. If you get three, you are sent to prison and never heard from again.

I walk outside, step on my hoverboard, and start my route, I have five houses, and they are all relatively close, all on Karim street. The sixth house is my new one, they didn't give me a street, they gave me directions verbally, I thought that was weird, but I guess whatever works for them.

As I pull the wire out of the fifth hard drive, I look down at my direction sheet, and realize it's by the train station in my dream. I thought it was weird, due to the fact I'm not one to believe in fate. As I approached the house, I read a street sign. The sign I passed read, "Sweden." As I read that chills went up my spin, even weirder than the sign, though, was the fact that the house was the only house on the street. I rolled up to it, and looked for the hard drive, but it wasn't there. Maybe the hard drive is by the door, some people do that. I walk up to the broken-down house, and see that there is still no hard drive, and I'm not a fan of conformation, but I need to finish my job. So, I knock on the door.

An older man, with a long white beard, and wavy white hair, opened the door. His eyes grew wide, as if he was happy to see me, it kind of freaked me out, but I ignored it.

"Hi, I am Jordan, your mail carrier. I noticed you had no hard drives, and I don't know what to do with your mail." I politely said to the man.

"You're sweating, it's hot outside. Come inside faggot, grab some water. Sorry! I shouldn't have said that, just come in. Hurry, I don't like being outside." The older man bursted out.

"Uh, okay..." I said and slowly walked in, as I said before, I don't care about dying, plus I think I could take this old man.

As I walk in, I see he has a symbol on his wall, the same fist as before, I turn around to tell him that I should go, but he slams the door and locks it.

"Do you know who I am, by chance?" The elder man asked.

I ignored the question, ran toward him, and swung my fist. He did a quick dodge, kneed me in the gut, and swept my legs out from under me.

I fell hard on my back, and as I laid there, trying to catch my breath, the older man kneeled to me, leaned in, and asked, "Do you know who I am?"
