The eulogy read, Rita may keckler you are one heck of a woman. you are one of the strongest Fighters I know. I would do anything to somehow go back in time to make sure that no cancer, no infections no anything would ever make its way to you. I love you more than you or the world will ever know. you are truly a gift and a miracle like every doctor has told you. you have been by my side for 15 long but great years and it's sad to think that 15 could be the end, and if it is I want to make sure that you know that you have taught me so much growing up and have helped me form into the young lady I'm slowly becoming today. you have also done one heck of a job being my best friend and my great-grandmother all at once. you have never gave up on me and that has taught me loyalty, you have never lied to me and that has Taught me trust, you have always went out of your way to make sure there's a smile on my face and that has taught me respect, even when you were upset with me you always made sure that I knew that you still loved me and that has taught me the true meaning of family. I'm scared to death of losing you, I'm not prepared for the day when God decides to take you but if there's anything else you have taught me is that sometimes you have to make sacrifices so here's my sacrifice.... I know you're still fighting because you're scared but I don't want you to be scared fighting and in pain. so I want you to know that it's okay you can let go you can stop being scared, you can go be happy with your mom your dad and your recently passed sisters it's time for me to face the fact that some sacrifices are worth the pain. no time spent with you was any time wasted because "You Are My Sunshine and My Only Sunshine, you make Me Happy When Skies are gray and you'll never know Maw how much I love you and it's okay if God is the one that takes my sunshine away." I'm so unbelievably thankful to have had the privilege of having someone like you to spend so much of my life with. I cherish all our banana fofana and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star song rights home. I cherish when you and I would get her nails done. I cherish our couple of 25 minute long phone calls on delayed school days. I cherish when you and I would go get ice cream cones and I would eat half of yours on top of mine. The only thing I regret is not spending all that much time with you these past couple of months and I apologize greatly for that. I want you to know that I'm going to live my life to make you proud and you will always be my Life Long Best Friend and never forget Maw "I love you to the Moon and back".
