Chapter 1 | The start of something new

💗 Eliza's POV 💗
I have been in the car for 3 hours now, I was traveling with my sisters to our new college, it was strange luck that we all got into the same college. I leaned on the window, watching the grassy plains, it was so beautiful out today. I was wearing a Light blue dress with a beach hat. My sister Peggy, who was sitting next to me, turns to face me.

"Aren't you excited Eliza? We all got into one of the toughest colleges!" Peggy threw her hands up and laughed.

I nodded, "Yeah!" Soon, my favorite song, Everything's alright (if you know that song ily), came on the radio, i threw my hands up. "Oh hell yeah!" I yelled then sang along.

My sister Angelica, Who was driving the car, Laughed at me. "Eliza! You're such a good singer! Has anyone ever told you that?" She said

"Eh, only my ex." I shrugged.

Peggy turned to face me again. "What!? You mean Jared actually liked your singing? Or was that bitch just faking it like he faked your relationship." She said angrily.

I shrugged again. "I dunno, he fakes alot of shit. I don't like to think about our relationship." I said, i started to feel sad, i stopped singing and turned away from my sister, i looked out the window again. Then my sister yelled,

"We're here! Kings College!" She Parked in the campus parking lot, then got out to help carry the bags.

I grabbed my only bag and looked at my sheet of paper that told me where my college dorm was. "Welp, i'm going to head out to my dorm. Hopefully my Dorm mate doesn't hate me." I said.

Angelica put her hand on my shoulder. "I'm sure they'll love you! And if they don't, i'll make them love you.!" She laughed,

I smiled, then turned and walked in the direction of my dorm. I looked around at the students walking by. I arrived at the dorm building, I walked in, and went to the elevators, i arrived on my floor then walked to my dorm. I unlocked the door and walked in, When i entered i was greeted with yelling. I couldn't see anyone, they were probably in another room.

"Ughh. That fucking idiot! He took my fucking papers!" Someone yelled,
They had a very deep voice.

"I'm sure it was an accident." Another person responded, they had a soft voice.

"Madison, come on. It's Alex we're talking about! He totally did that on purpose." The first person sound very angry.

"Hello..?" I said, still standing in the doorway. It was silent for afew seconds, then two boys walked into the room. One was very tall, the other was short. "Ooo, Who are you, Cupcake?" The tall boy asked. I looked at the floor. "I'm Eliza, this is my dorm.." i stared at the floor. The tall boy put his hand on my chin and brought it so we made eye contact. "Well Cupcake, I'm Thomas Jefferson and this is my best friend James Madison." He let go of my chin and pointed at the small boy. James waved, i waved back.

"Need any help unpacking?" James asked

"No No, i'm good." I smiled. James was very nice.
Thomas pushed james to the side to make room for me to walk through.
I awkwardly made my way through the two. I went into my room and closed the door. I heard the two talking.

"So James, are you going to the party tonight?" Thomas asked James,
I sat on my bed and thought
For a second. 'A party? I wonder if i can go. Maybe i can go with Peggy and Angelica' I thought then my phone vibrated, I pulled out my phone.
I had message notifications from my sisters.
   Group Chat Name: The S. Sisters
Women In The Sequel: Welp, i was just invited to a party tonight. And i just got here! 😂
All Pegged Up: Oo! Can i come?
Elizaboo: Me too!
Women In The Sequel: hm, i'll sneak you guys in 😎
Elizaboo: Oh lord.

I set my phone down on the bed and laughed. "This will be fun." I said to myself.
